Gabrielle has been forced to cancel her gig on Friday night after she fell ill just hours before her show.
The singer, 55, whose real name is Louisa Gabriella Bobb, is currently touring the UK after 15 years away from the spotlight.
The star was due to perform in Newcastle’s O2 City Hall but has sadly had to postpone the show third show of her tour.
Taking to her Instagram Stories to announce the news, Gabrielle penned: ‘Newcastle I’m so sorry.
‘It breaks my heart to say this, but I have to postpone tomorrow’s show due to illness.
‘This was not an easy decision, and I’m absolutely gutted.

‘More than anything, I want to give you an incredible show, and right now I wouldn’t be able to do that.
‘We are working on rescheduling the show and will keep you updated as soon as we have more details. Love you all,’ she signed off the message.
Gabrielle announced her huge arena tour last year. At the time, she revealed that she was able to focus on working again as he kids are all grown up.
Speaking to the Mirror, Gabrielle said: ‘I no longer have to rush back for the school run or worry about embarrassing my kids at school.
‘Do I feel more comfortable now than ever? 100%. I feel less afraid and more confident in my own skin. I am in my 50s now and I feel like if I don’t learn to love and accept myself now, I never will.’
Gabrielle also admitted that she thought at one point that she’d never return to the stage.
She added: ‘Performing in arenas again is a professional dream coming true.’

In March 2021, the pop singe revealed her terrifying experience of being ‘bed bound’ for a month in December by coronavirus.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘In December, I went down with coronavirus for a month after a photo shoot.
‘I was sick and everybody was worried. I suffer from asthma and I’m grateful I was able to pull through.
‘The headaches were excruciating, I was bed bound, couldn’t eat and couldn’t taste. I didn’t have a Christmas.’
The singer said she wasn’t even able to eat a single roast potato as she was so unwell during the festive celebrations.
But luckily Gabriella made a full recovery and returned to nation’s screens as Harlequin on The Masked Singer.

She nearly made it to the finals, but was ultimately unmasked last month after all judges correctly guessed her true identity.
Gabrielle admitted that her appearance on the ITV show almost didn’t happen after she threatened to quit on her very first day.
She explained: ‘That first day was probably the most emotional day of my life,
‘I was screaming, “Oh my god I don’t want to do this. It’s too heavy and I feel hot”. You know, “Call the lawyers!” and everything’.
‘This last year has been so crazy so why not make it even more crazy by singing night after night dressed as a Harlequin.’
