While actress and singer Rita Wilson also made a surprise appearance at the event, looking the picture of elegance in a black satin dress decorated with silver stars.

LeAnn’s public outing came just hours after she opened up about her secret health battles in a new interview with Us Weekly.

The Coyote Ugly star talked openly about the emotional and mental toll that the past few years have taken on her, just months after her teeth fell out mid-performance.

She explained how having to keep her health woes under wraps contributed to feelings of self-doubt, she said: ‘For so long, it did feel like I was hiding so much of myself.

‘It did allow for the insecurity of thoughts I’ve had in the past about “I’m not pretty, I’m not good enough”. I did learn how to love myself through all of my different incarnations.’

Despite feeling as if she had to conceal her health issues, LeAnn has been open about suffering from psoriasis, which she revealed for the first time in 2020.

She said ‘it was such a moment of relief’ to publicly share her diagnosis ‘because I had been hiding that for so long.’

She continued: ‘The same with my mental health and now with perimenopause,’ she continued. ‘Every time I talk about it, I set myself — and someone else — free.’

Musing on how much she had changed over the years, LeAnn went on: ‘Looking back at all of those different people I was, I know that next year I’ll be different from who I am now. I hope I am.

‘I’m aware of getting the chance to love all of the aspects of myself. Some of those are harder to love, but I now have the bandwidth and capacity. I can talk to myself in a kinder way.’

Despite facing health struggles, the performer confirmed that she now feels ‘great’, adding: ‘My physical health has been something I’ve focused on the past few years, and preparing my body for the changes it’s going through.’

LeAnn has dealt with perimenopause symptoms for years, as they began when she was only in her late 30s, and confessed that she has dealt with ‘grief’ due to her condition.

‘Perimenopause is not just about not making eggs anymore. That’s a biological piece of us changing,’ she explained. ‘It’s such a deepening of the soul and allowing pieces of us that no longer serve us to fall away.’

She added: ‘It is such a transformational and beautiful part of life if we know what’s going on with our bodies.’

In July, LeAnn admitted during a conversation with Flow Space that she thought she was ‘crazy’ for two years due to her perimenopause symptoms.

‘I was waking up at 3 a.m. all the time, and having really, really heavy anxiety,’ she admitted.

While the hitmaker also detailed how she copes with her psoriasis – a chronic disease where skin cells build up quickly, typically causing red or discolored, scaly, and itchy patches on the skin.

She explained that her skin ‘has been pretty clear for years now,’ and she said she’s now aware of what can trigger flare-ups.

However, LeAnn admitted that it can also be ’emotionally exhausting’ when she’s forced to hide a flare-up due to her place in the spotlight.

‘It’s so draining because it’s something that you have to think about that most people don’t. So I was just very uncomfortable in my body for a long time.’

It comes after LeAnn hit headlines in June, after her dental bridge fell out in the middle of a performance at the Skagit Valley Casino & Resort in Bow, Washington.

When she was 16, she opted to get dental veneers, but she needed a second dentist to fix them because the veneers were not bonded properly.

The ordeal resulted in the Can’t Fight the Moonlight star having to undergo multiple root canals and oral surgeries.

At the time, LeAnn talked to her fans in an Instagram video about the shocking experience of having her teeth pop out.

She explained: ‘So last night, I was on stage in the middle of One Way Ticket. I feel something pop in my mouth.

‘And if you’ve been around, you know I’ve had a lot of dental surgeries, and I have a bridge in the front. It fell out in the middle of my song last night.’

LeAnn quickly made her way to the side of the stage to put the bridge back into place.

‘I just had to get real with everybody and tell them exactly what was happening or else I would have had to walk off stage. And so, for the rest of the show, I was literally like this pushing my teeth in like every couple lines and singing,’ she explained.

She added: ‘And you know, like I said, there wasn’t a thing I could do about it except either walk off or just hold my teeth in. So, I just ran with it.’
