Leah Remini revealed that she still signs her King Of Queens fan mail in a video that was shared on her Instagram account on Friday.
The 53-year-old actress starred as Carrie Heffernan in the hit CBS sitcom, which lasted for a total of nine seasons and ran from 1998 until 2007.
The performer – who recently opened up about her battle with perimenopause – wrote in her post’s caption that being able to interact with the show’s fanbase was something she had ‘always dreamed of when I was younger.’
Remini went on to explain that she also received regular assistance from her mother while signing and answering the fan mail.
‘I thought that I would share this with you. I still do my fan mail. I still sign it. My mother lays it all out on my dining room table, and I do this once every two weeks,’ she said.

The Primetime Emmy Award-winning performer also spoke about the reasoning behind her constant practice.
‘I always vow to do this and to always sign or take a picture if I can with people. Because this is what I dreamed about, people wanting my picture,’ she said.
Remini starred alongside Kevin James in The King Of Queens, which was centered on a middle-class couple living in Rego Park, Queens, New York City.
In addition to the show’s leads, its cast was rounded out by Jerry Stiller, Patton Oswalt and Victor Williams.
The program’s two stars reunited during the second and final season of Kevin Can Wait, which premiered in 2016.
The show did not fare as well as The King Of Queens, and it received predominantly negative reviews throughout its two-year run.
Remini commemorated The King Of Queens’ 25th anniversary by sharing a post on her Instagram account this past September.
The performer wrote a lengthy message in her post and expressed that she was ‘blessed’ for all the support she had received from the show’s fans over the past quarter-decade.

She added: ‘I see the comments where you say that you fall asleep every night to The King of Queens, that it got you through a rough day and tough times in your lives, that you laughed for the first time in your day watching us.’
Remini also recalled: ‘Working with the cast, crew, and our awesome and dedicated writers and producers was a dream come true for an actress.’
The performer concluded by writing that she felt nothing but gratitude for the opportunity to have affected the lives of viewers through her work on the show.
‘It means the world to me, and I’m so grateful for this experience that lives on and on,’ she said.
