It appears that Lauren Phillips woke up a tad worse for wear after her appearance at Oaks Day this week.
The Melbourne radio queen, 37, cut a very chic figure when she stepped out for the star-studded Melbourne Cup Carnival at Flemington Racecourse on Thursday.
However, she may have over-indulged a little too much with her Nova 100 breakfast co-stars Jase Hawkins and Clint Stanaway.
Lauren took to Instagram on Friday to reveal the whopping amount of fast food needed for the trio to adequately ‘back up’ for their breakfast radio shift after a big day trackside.
She shared a photo that showed an Uber Eats order that Lauren placed for the trio ahead of going on air.
Lauren had chosen McDonald’s for the radio stars’ hangover breakfast of champions and a confirmation from her bank on the image showed just how ‘under the weather’ they were.

The image showed that Lauren had racked up an impressive $307 bill for the morning repast.
While the photo did not give an itemised account of what was actually ordered, that price is sure to nab you more than a few hash browns and bacon and egg McMuffins.
‘All fun and games until the alarm goes off at 4.30am,’ Lauren captioned the image.
‘Pray for us,’ she added while tagging her partied-out co-stars.Â
Meanwhile, Lauren looked absolutely stunning for her 2025 Oaks Day appearance.
She wore a fetching navy blue tailored bouclé dress from Self Portrait that featured faux button embellishments.
The $800 dress also boasted a playful bubble skirt that showed off Lauren’s toned pins.
She completed her ensemble with a pair of strappy heels and accessorised with an eye-catching $4,140 Valentino Garavani metallic shoulder bag.

As Jase and Clint looked on, Lauren’s face lit up with glee as a jet of champagne shot metres into the air.
As the assembled crowd cheered on, the radio trio scuttled for cover, protecting their finery from the champagne fountain.’
