Lauren Harries has revealed she was visited by angels as she continued to open up about her recent health ordeal.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star, 45, had emergency brain surgery last year after suffering horrific headaches and blackouts and was put in an induced coma following the procedure.
After explaining earlier this week that she ‘came back from the dead’ and was left with five holes in her head, the TV star has now shared she was remembers seeing an angel.
Giving details of her near death experience, Lauren admitted she saw a better world and an angel who brought her back to life.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, she wrote: ‘I was left with a dent on my head as well but I did see a new world a better world and a Angel.

‘I didn’t like him for a long time as he brought me back I remember the colours and auras around him. I wanted him to stay there I really did.
‘This will be my last message for a while, light and peace. Lauren’.
Lauren was in hospital for seven months before finally going home in December.
Sharing some more photos of herself recovering, she wrote: ‘The Doctors have warned me to stay in bed but at least I’m not in hospital anymore.
‘But not being to wear any shoes is awful but I want to thank my family, mother who gave up almost a year to look after me and who is 81 on Monday.
‘But life will never be the same again but l’m working on it l will never give up thanks to all my angels and stars sending light and love’.
Taking to X on Wednesday, the former TV star said she was left with holes in her head after the surgery and went to a ‘different dimension’.
She wrote: ‘I was dead and in a coma but now I’m alive. I have had to learn to walk again do everything again. After the brain surgery had left five holes in my head.

‘I went to a different dimension what you call a outer body experience, let’s such a beautiful place l will tell you about it soon.’
Several of Lauren’s followers wished her well in the comments, with one writing: ‘Sending love Lauren, such a remarkable recovery’.
Another wrote: ‘Glad you are healing well Lauren, I can’t imagine how scary your hospital stay was!’
A third user wrote: ‘I love hearing about near death experiences and completely believe that this life is just a stepping stone of many. You must have felt great comfort from it.’
Lauren was admitted in April after suffering horrific headaches and blackouts and later went for emergency brain surgery.
Her mother Katy revealed that during an MRI scan doctors found a split in Lauren’s spine leading to her needing ‘high-risk’ surgery.
However Katy has sadly informed fans that the operation was ‘unsuccessful’ and Lauren would be staying in hospital for the foreseeable future despite being desperate to ‘get home’.
She wrote: ‘Lauren has had to have Spinal Surgery due to a split in her spine. This was very painful, It’s worrying as the spine is the most dangerous place to have an operation next to the brain’.

‘Unfortunately the surgery was unsuccessful so drs are looking into other options. She’s been in hospital now for over 2.5 months’.
‘Her spine is concerning for doctors and she will be staying for longer. We don’t know why or how this happened. She just wants to get home’.
In August Lauren revealed doctors had told her she may never walk again.
The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate said she was in shock following the news and asked fans ‘what am I going to do?’.
In the post she penned: ‘I have been told today I may never walk again, I am still in shock,’.
