Laura Woods has broken her silence on her new relationship with Adam Collard after she confirmed their relationship with a series of loved-up photos.
The sports presenter, 36, has now candidly confessed that she actually posted the snaps by accident, as she believed she was sharing them with her ‘close friends’.
Instagram gives its users the option of posting pictures to their main feed or with close friends, which is a feature on Instagram that allows you to grant a subsection of followers special permission to view private Stories.
Laura insisted that the pictures were shared by accident as she claimed that the idea of sharing her private life online ‘fills her with dread’.
Speaking on Aimee Fuller’s Monday Mile podcast, Laura was questioned on her ‘free-spirited’ Instagram page and asked if it has ever caused her problems.

Laura said: ‘I am really private…I only show you what I’m comfortable showing you – I like to keep it like that as much as possible.
‘So, I made a slight error, you know when you upload something to your main feed that’s meant to be like close friends?
‘I didn’t even know I could do that to be fair, but I did, and let me tell you how much that turns me inside out, for people to see anything private about me and a relationship, is basically what it is.
‘For anyone to see that part of me fills me with dread. It sounds like it’s a bad thing but only because I associate social media and relationships in a bad way. I’m almost nothing good can come from sharing.
‘Maybe I’ve learned, maybe it’s something historic, I’ve never thought it was a good idea to share them.’
The couple were spotted looking loved-up as they stepped out for a walk with her dog in West London on Thursday.
Last week, Laura went Instagram official with her new boyfriend before frantically deleting the snaps just minutes after they were posted.
One snap shows the pair lying on the couch with their arms wrapped around each other as Adam gives Laura a smooch on the cheek.
Another photo shows the couple kissing in a hot tub overlooking a stunning view of the sea.

Adam is shirtless in the post while Laura looks incredible in a figure-hugging black swimsuit.
In another snap, the pair look intimate as Laura lovingly wraps her arms around Adam’s chest while grinning at the camera.
Adam and Laura have recently returned from the Carbis Bay Estate – a luxury coastal retreat with a private beach – in Saint Ives, Cornwall, after it was reported they were dating.
Each shared a glimpse into their romantic break on Instagram and eagle-eyed fans noticed Adam make an appearance in Laura’s reel.
Laura filmed Adam from the back as they walked down the beach and also a side profile of his face as she got a piggy back.
Laura also shared clips of herself enjoying a cocktail in a hot tub and dressed up for an evening meal.

Adam, meanwhile, shared his own snaps from their trip away and showed off his ripped physique in a pair of tight swimming trunks.

To which one follower quipped: ‘Even better when you’re there with Laura Woods’.
