Pregnant Lateysha Grace has revealed she is expecting her third ‘miracle’ child with her new fiancé a year after ‘nearly dying from an ectopic pregnancy’.
The Big Brother star, 31, who is seven months pregnant, spoke exclusively to MailOnline about her horrific near-death experience and how she almost ‘gave up’ on having more children.
Lateysha already shares daughter nine, Wynter with her ex Ben Charles and a two-year-old daughter Layke with her current fiancé – whom she prefers to keep private.
The reality star found out she had an ectopic pregnancy in October 2023 after being ‘incorrectly told’ she miscarried one month prior.
She was rushed to hospital for urgent surgery because she was internally bleeding, following weeks of suffering with severe blood clots, back ache and shoulder pain.
After having a tube removed during surgery, Lateysha said she felt ‘less of a woman’ because she was told the chance of conceiving again would be very slim.

Sharing her horrific ordeal amid her bittersweet baby announcement, Lateysha said: ‘Two months into the pregnancy, I started bleeding really heavy, like blood clots and everything.
‘So I went to the hospital and they basically told me that I’m having a miscarriage and to just go home and deal with it. So I obviously was upset about it, but I just got on with life, especially when you got two kids. You just kind of have to.
‘At the time I was working on Dating Naked at MTV, I was going into the office. Obviously I was a bit upset. But like, I just felt fine in myself.
‘And then I remember I started having back ache by my shoulder, like shoulder tip pain. I actually came on my period, but I don’t think looking back that it was my period, that’s clearly bleeding.
‘Then I remember one day I woke up, I think I was about three or maybe four months pregnant, and just collapsed on the bathroom floor.
‘I was like something doesn’t feel right. I will never forget the feeling, it was the worst feeling in the world. I just thought that like I’m dying. Like I’m actually dying. It does make me emotional when I think about it.’
An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilised egg implants itself outside of the womb, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.
The fallopian tubes are the tubes connecting the ovaries to the womb. If an egg gets stuck in them, it won’t develop into a baby and your health may be at risk if the pregnancy continues.

When she was collapsed in pain on her bathroom floor, Lateysha said she just remembers calling out for her mother in fear
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to save the pregnancy. It usually has to be removed using medicine or an operation.
When she was collapsed in pain on her bathroom floor, Lateysha said she just remembers calling out for her mother in fear.
She said: ‘I said just to my partner, I was like just “Call my mum”. It’s weird in a moment like that. You think, “I’ll call the ambulance” but I just wanted to speak to my mum.
‘My partner rushed me over to the hospital. And then I got seen straight away and they were gonna send me home, which is a crazy thing.
‘And then a doctor came in to see me and he said something’s not right. So they done my bloods and the blood was showing that I was still pregnant.
‘Literally, within 15 minutes they cancelled all of the operations for that day, pushed them back and I went down to to theatre, had a scan and they scanned me and they just confirmed it was ectopic and told me I was internal bleeding.’
The TV personality said she was told by doctors she ‘would have died’ if she didn’t go to hospital.
Following her surgery, Lateysha described the feeling of waking up with a missing tube as well as the loss of her baby.
She added: ‘I remember looking down at my stomach and. I had all these scars. And they came in and they were like, we took one of your tubes. It just makes you feel like less of a woman. But you aren’t obviously.

While Lateysha is overjoyed that she is expecting her third child after a difficult couple of years, she admitted it’s had quite a toll on her pregnancy
‘It was one of the most depressing things I’ve ever been through. I think for months I would just sit there and every time I would think about it, I would just literally cry my eyes out. I don’t wish it on anyone. It was horrific. Absolutely horrific.’
‘After that, I kind of just gave up. I just thought I’d never really gonna get pregnant again. I was kind of negative about it.
‘I was completely scarred from it and I just thought, you know what, god’s blessed me with two children, I just need to accept the fact that I’m not never gonna be able to have another pregnancy, because they did say to me, and the chances are obviously a lot slimmer because they’ve taken like one of your tubes.’
While Lateysha is overjoyed that she is expecting her third child after a difficult couple of years, she admitted it’s had quite a toll on her pregnancy.
She said: ‘Funny enough, we weren’t trying [for a baby]. We wanted a baby, but we weren’t actively trying for it. And so it was an absolute shock to us when obviously we found that we were pregnant.
‘I’ve been very worried, I think this is why I’ve kept it quiet for so long. Like when I found out I was pregnant, obviously I was really happy, but it’s it’s such a strange feeling.
‘Like I still feel sadness for the baby that I lost, if that makes sense. I do feel so lucky and blessed that I’ve been given an opportunity to carry again. But yeah, it’s it’s it’s a strange one. It’s a very strange. I’m very nervous, very on edge and thinking.’
