Lara Worthington showed off her gaunt frame on Friday when she stepped out for a solo stroll in New York City.
The model, 37, wore a tiny black singlet for the outing, which she paired with baggy, low-slung jeans.
On her feet, Lara wore flat-soled black leather shoes.
The mother-of-three completed the look with a handbag slung over one shoulder, and she went incognito beneath shades and a cap.
Lara’s skimpy top gave passersby a glimpse at both her slender arms and extremely flat tummy.
Worthington has undergone a huge physical transformation over the years.
The catwalk queen has transformed her body with a combination of exercise and vegetarianism.
Lara, who splits her time living in New York and Sydney, has long espoused the benefits of choosing a variety of exercise forms rather than doing the same thing every day at the gym.

She said she swears by a combination of heated Pilates, hot yoga and incidental exercise to keep herself slim and ripped.
‘I do 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day, just around New York. You can do it without really realising,’ she told the Body & Soul in October.
‘I have a Pilates machine, so I YouTube every kind of Pilates [class]. I like to mix it up, and then have a rest as well. I’m not training every single day, by any means.’
She also previously named skipping as one of her favourite ways to get the blood pumping, calling it an ‘underrated’ exercise in a 2021 interview with Russh magazine.
Elsewhere in her Russh interview, Lara said she’s been following Pilates program Fluidform, which is popular among celebrities such as Rita Ora, Georgia Fowler and Pip Edwards.
Lara has also spoken about her decision to become a vegetarian, and previously credited her meat-free diet as one of the secrets behind her incredible physique.
‘I’ve been vegetarian for about six years now. Actually, the whole family is vegetarian,’ she told Sunday Life in 2021.
‘My children have never eaten meat. No, never had a sausage!’ she added.
During her Russh interview in 2221, Lara admitted that going vegetarian ha completely changed her life.
‘After watching documentaries, learning from [film director] James Cameron and influenced by my husband, [my family] went vegetarian years ago,’ she said.
