Lance Bass was spotted out on Tuesday – just hours after NYSYNC bandmate Justin Timberlake’s shock arrest in Sag Harbor for drunk driving was revealed.
Bass, 45, looked stoic as he took care of errands in Los Angeles with his two-year-old daughter Violet Betty.
He carried the toddler in one arm as they walked towards their parked car after grabbing ice cream.
Rocking dark sunglasses, Bass cut a casual figure in a T-shirt, light wash jeans and white sneakers.
Missing from the action was Bass’s husband Michael Turchin, 37.

The couple of 10-years share twins Violet and Alexander James, who were born via surrogate in October 2021.
Bass has yet to comment publicly on Timberlake’s arrest but the duo have been friends and co-workers for nearly three decades.
Bass and Timberlake rose to fame together, along with Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone and JC Chasez, in the late 1990s as part of the popular boy band NSYNC.
After five concert tours and a slew of top Billboard hits, NYSNC announced their hiatus in 2002.
That same year, Timberlake embarked on a highly-successful solo career that’s made him a 10-time Grammy Award winner.
All five NYSNC members reunited earlier this year to release their new song ‘Paradise’ and there have been talks of a future reunion tour.
But Timberlake’s professional plans may be in limbo as he deals with the aftermath of his recent DWI arrest.
The hitmaker had been drinking with friends at the American Hotel bar in Sag Harbor when he decided to get behind the wheel of a BMW and attempt to drive off.
He was pulled over then refused a breath test, telling the cops: ‘No, I’m not doing a chemical test. I refuse! I refuse!’
He also claimed to the arresting officers that he’d had ‘just one martini’.

The singer was unsteady on his feet and failed his field sobriety test. Cops had watched him failing to keep right on the road before pulling him over.
Police described Timberlake as having ‘bloodshot and glassy’ eyes, smelling strongly of alcohol, having slowed speech and unable to maintain his attention.
On Tuesday morning, he was seen being led across the bridge from Sag Harbor police headquarters to the villages Justice Court on Tuesday by police officers in exclusive pictures obtained by DailyMail.com.
Timberlake appeared shell-shocked as he looked straight ahead as he was led out by officers.
After a brief arraignment where he was banned from driving for a year in New York, he was released without bail, emerging from court wearing a baseball cap.
He was arraigned on one count of DWI, as well as running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane. He is next in court on July 26 after being released without bail.
Timberlake had been drinking with friends at The American Hotel bar in the Hamptons town on Monday night.
One witness told The New York Post that Timberlake had been ‘wasted’ before his DWI bust and was even seen drinking someone else’s drink from another table.
The unknown person told the outlet: ‘He was wasted. At one point, just before closing, somebody got up to go to the bathroom and left his drink on the table.
‘When [the man] came back, [Timberlake] was drinking his drink. The guy goes, “Justin, that’s my drink!”.’

Footage has also since emerged from nearby surveillance cameras showing his BMW driving through Sag Harbor in the early hours of Tuesday.
