Lala Kent is back on the set of the upcoming new season of Vanderpump Rules in Los Angeles.
The Give Them Lala author, 33, was dressed in a grey crop top that exposed her toned abs.
She paired the top with a pair of grey drawstring waist sweatpants with rips in the knees, a black ball cap, large silver hoop earrings and white athletic shoes.
The mom of Ocean, two, also shared a short video clip from her day on set.
In the Instagram Story, the Utah native sang a made up song to occupy the time between her scenes.

Earlier this month Lala attended BravoCon 2023 in Las Vegas alongside her cast mates.
While there, she had a cute run in with fellow Bravolebrity, Jason Chambers of Below Deck Down Under.
They posed for a cozy snap at the event, with the hunk putting his hand around Lala’s waist.
A source told The Messenger: ‘They were touchy-feely when they met and took the Instagram pic.
‘It was flirty and cute. She’s having fun with it. They are still talking.’
Lala posted the pic on her Instagram after the event, captioning it, ‘Day 3’ and adding a yawning smiley face emoji and a checkmark.
During a recent Amazon Live, the former Sur hostess dished on meeting Chambers and said there’s a ‘high chance’ they’d see each other again.
‘I think there’s a high chance that I see Captain Jason again, because he’s in the Bravo universe,’ she said via Bravo.
‘But you guys, he lives in the Philippines, I heard. Well, he told me that. And I was like, ‘I’m down for long distance, but that’s a little too long distance.”

Lala went on to explain why she’s not really looking to date right now.
‘I’m just not ready to date,’ she said. ‘I feel like it’s celebrated very, very heavily when you see a woman go through a really tough breakup, and then get into another relationship.
‘It is not celebrated when a woman comes out of something pretty traumatic in a relationship and says, “You know what? I’m going to press pause on finding someone,”‘ she continued.
‘It’s almost like the world feels sad for them, and I don’t like it. And I’m starting to let it affect me, and I don’t want it to.’
