Lachlan and Madison announced their engagement in September 2024.
He played over 100 games for the Crows from 2018 to 2025.
However, he departed the team at the end of this season after his contract was not renewed.
Lachlan has since signed with reigning Southern Football League premiers Port Noarlunga, where he will play next year.
‘I’m really excited to join Port Noarlunga and get back to grassroots footy,’ he previously told Adelaide Now.
‘The club has a proud history and a great community vibe. I can’t wait to contribute on and off the field.’
