She's been a reality star, a presenter, an artist, candle-maker and even an interior designer.

And 's multitalented ex-wife Kyly Boldy, 44, has now unveiled her latest career pursuit - hypnotherapy and life coaching. 

The mother-of-one announced her exciting new business Club Reset on Tuesday, revealing that she is offering 20-minute consultations in exchange for a $1 donation to mental health charity Beyond Blue. 

'The wait is over! Our space to pause, reset, and reconnect is here. If you've been looking for clarity and intentional support, this is your UNIVERSAL sign to take action,' Kyly wrote to Instagram. 

The former WAG recently gained her certification in 'conscious hypnotherapy' at a college in .

'Conscious hypnotherapy' is a form of therapy that uses hypnosis while you remain fully aware, alert, and in control the entire time.

It's essentially the therapeutic use of conscious hypnosis - so instead of being 'put under,' you're guided into a calm, focused mental state where your mind is more open to helpful suggestions and insights.

Kyly offers a variety of services on her website, including a five-session hypnotherapy package, priced at $2,225.

Her 'Platinum 12-Step Coaching Plan' is priced at $2570, and involves 13 one-on-one life coaching sessions via Zoom with Kyly herself. 

The Bondi Junction-based beauty is also preparing to run day-long wellness retreats, in which she will provide services such as guided stretches, group coaching sessions, meditation and hypnotherapy.

'Join Kyly for an immersive, high-impact experience designed specifically for women over 40,' the website reads. 

'This isn't just a day out; it's the beginning of your Club Reset Tribe - a community of like-minded women dedicated to support, connection, and transformation.' 

A ticket to Kyly's retreat will set you back $498. 

Kyly appeared on Tuesday's episode of Sunrise to promote her new business, explaining that her latest pivot is geared particularly towards women over 40 - a demographic she says is often left feeling burnt out, overwhelmed and disconnected.

The entrepreneur was quick to dispel any misconceptions about hypnosis, distancing her work from stage-show theatrics.

Instead, she described it as a tool rooted in early childhood development, where beliefs formed between the ages of one and eight shape habits that ultimately dictate adult life.

'Our subconscious mind is running pretty much 95 per cent of the show,' she said, adding that hypnosis offers a way to 'rewire those beliefs' towards a more positive future.

Kyly has had a varied career, entering the spotlight in the late nineties as a multi-title winning beauty pageant queen.

In 2002, she starred in iconic reality TV series Temptation Island, appearing as a 'temptress' who tried to seduce men in relationships competing on the show.

She went on to work as a weather presenter and TV host, appearing on programs like The Morning Show, before returning to the world of reality TV by competing on Dancing With The Stars in 2014.

Since then, Kyly has pursued a variety of creative hobbies, including launching a lifestyle blog Lyfestyled, filming cooking tutorials, and selling consumer goods like homewares, diffusers and candles. 

She has also built a career in interior design and property development over the years, and even appeared as a host on Channel Seven's House Rules.

More recently, Kyly has kickstarted a career as a professional artist and has even started taking acting classes. 

She even recently joined leading agency Chic Talent Management.

'Funnily enough, I was one of the casting director's "options" for the reporter role in the feature film I Know What You Did Last Summer,' Kyly told the Daily Telegraph.
