The former WAG, 42, took to Instagram on Monday to show off her incredible figure as she took part in an aerial Pilates class.
In the video, Kyly showed off her toned arms in a black singlet, which she threw over a brown activewear set from activewear brand Running Bare.
Kyly, who is the ex-wife of cricketer Michael Clarke, opted for a light make-up look and tied her brunette locks up for the gym session.
In the video, she showed off her very impressive flexibility and strength as she stretched and hung upside down on an aerial hammock.
‘@stretch_base continues to challenge my mind, my balance, my core and my mindset,’ she wrote alongside a promotion of her local Pilates centre.
Her latest post comes as her ex-husband Michael has been making headlines after finding love again with glamorous real estate guru Arabella Sherborne.
Michael and Kyly went their separate ways in 2019 after seven years of marriage and continue to co-parent their daughter Kelsey Lee, eight.

Earlier this month, cricketer Michael, 43, all but confirmed his romance with new girlfriend Arabella, 32, when he left a flirty comment on her Instagram post.
Just days later, Arabella was spotted arriving at Michael’s Sydney $13million mansion looking ready for a weekend stay as she walked in laden down with clothes.
The couple appear to be going from strength-to-strength as their weekend stay came after they returned from a holiday on the Coast Coast.
Arabella, who is 11 years Michael’s junior, shared a string of solo snaps of herself from the trip to Instagram as she kept things low-key with Michael.
In the pictures, Arabella put on a glamorous display as she enjoyed a glass of wine at Rick Shores restaurant in front of the stunning views.

‘We were very surprised to see Michael Clarke and daughter with a new partner,’ the source said, while adding that the couple seemed ‘very relaxed’.
An insider said of their reported romance: ‘Arabella is a catch. She is super smart, works in the corporate world, and is a stunner.’
They added that things are already getting very serious between the pair and that wedding bells could soon be on the horizon.
‘She has had a few boyfriends but is really ready to settle down. Her and Michael are a good match, very cute together. Maybe she will be the next Mrs Clarke,’ they added.
