A viral video from the ceremony, showing her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet friskily grabbing her rear, quickly raised eyebrows over the size of Jenner’s bottom, with many online questioning whether it had been surgically enhanced.
In the footage, Jenner can be seen jumping to her feet to cheer on Chalamet as he accepted the Best Actor award for his role in Marty Supreme.
The moment ignited a wave of commentary on social media, particularly Reddit, where users speculated about cosmetic procedures.
‘I’ll never understand why these women want BBLs. They have tiny waists, small arms, but then BOOM. Surgery to make their a**es look huge. WHY?!!,’ one user wrote beneath a clip from the evening.
Others accused Jenner of manipulating her body ‘for Instagram photos.’

While much of the discourse focused on whether Jenner may have gone under the knife, some viewers instead took issue with Chalamet’s public display of affection.
‘I find it unsettling that she allows him to paw all over her like that,’ one commenter wrote. ‘It doesn’t seem romantic and further contributes to her sexualization. What a horrible role model to women everywhere and especially her daughter.’
‘Public displays of affection are literally, without irony, the only reason the Kardashians are billionaires right now,’ another claimed.
A third wrote: ‘All the Karjenners do that. Travis and Kourt are always all over each other in the show.’
‘That’s so embarrassing. I’d feel so ashamed looking like that in a room full of people who are surely looking down on me. Yikes,’ another added.
During his acceptance speech, Chalamet publicly acknowledged Jenner for the first time, saying: ‘Thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation.
‘I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.’

The Daily Mail has reached out to Jenner’s representatives for comment, but has not heard back, at this time.Â
Rumors have circulated for years that the beauty mogul underwent additional cosmetic procedures, including a BBL, before allegedly reducing the size of her backside – though there is no confirmation that this is true.
In 2023, renowned plastic surgeon Dr Schwitzer claimed it was ‘likely’ Jenner had a classic BBL in 2017, explaining that the procedure involves removing fat from the waist to create a slimmer appearance before reinjecting it into the buttocks for added volume.
He pointed to her ‘exceptionally narrow’ waist as a possible indicator in a TikTok video, adding: ‘If you look at her more recent content, she still has a fairly nice size buttock but it is no longer out of proportion to the rest of her body,’ while noting this could also be attributed to weight loss.

The admission came during an episode of The Kardashians, where the mom-of-two revealed she underwent the procedure before welcoming her first child, Stormi, now seven – after years of attributing her bust to padded bras, hormonal changes, or weight gain.
In the season three finale, Jenner spoke candidly with her best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou and expressed regret over the decision.
‘I got my breasts done before Stormi,’ she said. ‘Within six months of having Stormi – not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 – they were still healing.’
Years earlier, in 2015, Jenner insisted she had only enhanced her lips and claimed her mother, Kris Jenner, would never allow her to do anything more.

She added: ‘My mom wasn’t even going to let me get my lips done.
‘So, there’s no way in hell she was going to let me get my boobs done, or my butt, or anything else.’
