The reality TV star, 27, has been seen wearing an identical piece of jewelry over the years, going as far back to when she was dating Tyga over a decade ago.
The same piece of jewelry was reportedly gifted to her by her ex, per Seventeen.
During the game, Jenner cozied up to Chalamet as they sat alongside her sister Kendall Jenner during their New York City trip together.

Their outing comes just days after they made their red carpet debut about two years into their romance.
Chalamet and Jenner made their red carpet debut as a couple at a glitzy awards ceremony in Rome just last week.
The actor, who skipped the Met Gala last week to watch a Knicks game with his pals, and his girlfriend have been dating since the spring of 2023.
The couple appeared smitten with each other at the game just as a source revealed that the lovebirds are ‘practically living together.’
A source close to the couple spoke about their recent debut and told Us Weekly: ‘Kylie’s really happy and relieved they finally made their debut.
‘It was time and she wanted to publicly support him and show how proud of him she is. She and Timothée have gotten really serious, and this was a big step.’
The insider also divulged, ‘They are practically living together at this point, as he stays at her house often when he is not working. He has been fully integrated into her life.’
And it was said that ‘everything is going really well’ between the A-listers.

He added black pants and an edgy studded belt while he and his girlfriend put on an animated display at the sporting event.
As well as her sister, Jenner’s former BFF Jordyn Woods was in attendance as well.
Jordan, 27, had a falling out with Jenner in 2019 after a love triangle involved her, Jenner’s sister Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson.
