But when it came to cosmetic enhancements, Kylie Jenner was always suspiciously coy, choosing to repeatedly deny surgery rumors and somewhat unconvincingly admit to only using fillers for years.

That all changed last week.

The reality TV star, 27, shocked fans when she divulged the details of her breast augmentation in a candid response to a user on TikTok who was desperate to ‘know how to get them to sit like that.’

‘445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol,’ Jenner commented, describing the her exact boob job ‘order’ and throwing in the name of her surgeon for good measure.

The unruly-haired thespian – the aesthetic opposite to Jenner’s Insta-perfect image – has reportedly helped her to finally feel confident in her own skin.

‘Kylie is a different woman now that she has found her soulmate,’ an insider told the Daily Mail.

‘With Timothee in her life, she feels more beautiful than ever, and he tells her this all the time. He loves her exactly as she is. She has finally settled into her skin.’

Chalamet’s influence has been apparent to those who have spotted how much happier Jenner has looked since first hooking up with the Oscar nominee, 29, in early 2023.

The pair have won over a legion of fans with their bold public displays of affection at awards ceremonies, music festivals and most recently a string of Knicks games, including one of which saw an exchange of ‘I love you’ before Jenner cheekily declared: ‘We need to be by ourselves tonight.’

Chalamet’s presence has helped to boost his girlfriend’s ‘self-esteem,’ according to our insider, who added that Jenner is done with ‘deceiving’ fans who have long suspected her changing figure was more than fillers and ‘that time of the month,’ as she once claimed.

‘She doesn’t feel the need to ever be deceptive and she realizes that her deception not only hurt her self-esteem but was sending a message to fans around the world that having a breast augmentation was not okay and must be done in secrecy – that it was almost something to be ashamed of,’ our insider said.

After years of speculation, the lip kit mogul first went public with her secret boob job on her family’s reality show The Kardashians back in 2023 – but she never gave the exact details of the procedure.

‘I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,’ she said on the show.

She added that she would be ‘heartbroken’ if her daughter Stormi, age 7, modified her body at 19, the age Jenner was when she went under the knife, claiming she ‘wouldn’t touch anything’ if she could have her younger years again.

Dr. Garth Fisher, a long-time favorite of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, was the man behind the operation.

Once dubbed ‘The Enhancer’, the celebrity-surgeon was responsible for Jenner’s sisters Kourtney Kardashian’s breast augmentation and the removal of a tumor from Khloe Kardashian’s face.

He even gave a pre-transition Caitlyn Jenner – Kylie’s father – a revision facelift.

Dr. Fisher also performed a pinnacle facelift for Kylie’s mother, Kris Jenner, when she was 55.

The momager, now four months from turning 70, recently reversed her looks by decades once again, with her representative confirming she had enlisted the help of ‘the facelift maestro’ – another plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Levine – for a second facelift.

‘Kylie is also taking a cue from her mom,’ our insider said. ‘She is so close with Kris and seeing her come clean about her face lift was surprising. Kylie followed suit also to support her mother.

‘Kris looks better than she ever has, and she is truly in her prime right now.’

They added: ‘The Jenner girls have nothing to hide anymore.’
