Kylie Jenner has revealed she is finally moving into her new Hidden Hills mega mansion five years after she bought the land for $15million.
The billionaire, 28, revealed on her sister’s Khloe in WonderLand podcast that she will soon be settling into her new property.
She has created a fortress-like mansion with a focus on privacy on the site which she bought in 2020 from Miley Cyrus.
Kylie – who has had to deal with stalkers in the past – will also have a building created to house her security team as they watch over her land.
The 30,000 sq ft ultimate modern farm house was designed by top Canadian architect Richard Landry on a four-acre lot, the biggest in Hidden Hills.Â
Kylie currently resides in another luxe abode nearby, her $36 million home that’s tucked away in LA’s Hidden Hills enclave – which is also part of Calabasas.Â

Speaking on the podcast she said of the move: ‘It’ll be a fresh start!’ as Khloe then confirmed: ‘You are moving soon.’
Kylie is investing a hefty sum to protect her privacy at her new Calabasas mansion.
She dropped $500,000 on olive trees to surround her latest property, which was wrapping up construction in August.
Aerial photos from this summer clearly show the line of trees intended to block views of her mansion as progress on it neared the end.Â
The Kylie Cosmetics founder purchased the land from Miley Cyrus for $15 million in 2020.
Kylie’s latest real estate investment boasts a 12-car underground garage and bunker.Â
The sprawling structure has 15 bedrooms, a court for sports and a huge pool.
The main house is around 18,000-square-feet, according to Architectural Digest, and one of the other structures will be a smaller guest house.
The mother-of-two will live at the home with daughter Stormi, seven, and son Aire, three, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, 34.

The new home will keep her close to family, as the property is located near her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Khloe’s compounds.
Kris has an 8-bedroom mansion that she bought for $20 million, while Khloe built her home on a property that she purchased for $17 million.Â
Kylie’s other half-sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian also live nearby.
Kylie purchased the five acres of land in Hidden Hills in May 2020.
After the off-market, all-cash sale of the property design plans were approved for a ’12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for a full-time security detail, sports court and a pool.’
Kylie is not the only A-lister to have purchased the property – as Miley Cyrus bought it in 2015. The singer’s horses lived there, but she never built a home on it – ultimately selling it three years later.
The reality star’s newest property joins her impressive portfolio. She currently lives in a $36 million mansion in Holmby Hills, and she also has the Beverly Hills mansion that she and her ex Travis Scott are working to sell.
Kylie purchased the Holmby Hills home, where she spends most of her time, in April 2020, just a few months before she acquired the Hidden Hills lot.
At just 17, Kylie bought her first house in 2015, a 4,851-square-foot home in her native Calabasas. She purchased the house for a huge $2.7 million, and sold the home two years later for an eye-popping $3.1 million.Â

The following year, Kylie’s portfolio continued to grow as she bought a Hidden Hills mansion – complete with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms for $6 million – but she sold the property in 2018 for $6.7 million.
Clearly happy with her location at the time, three months later, Kylie bought a house right next door for $4.5 million, which she went on to sell in 2017 for $5.3 million.
In 2018, Kylie purchased a $13 million Beverly Hills investment home with her then partner Travis.
Kylie and Travis stayed in the home briefly, along with their daughter Stormi, but ultimately put in on the market for an eye-popping $21.9 million.
