Kyle Sandilands is hard at work renovating his extravagant $3million mansion in north west Sydney.
The 52-year-old shock jock has compared the eight-bedroom, five-bathroom estate in Glenorie to Elvis Presley’s grand home Graceland.
And new pictures have emerged showing that Sandilands’ effort to turn his country pad into a version of The King of Rock and Roll’s palatial spread are not far off.
Recent photos reveal that the KIIS FM star has painted his rural estate a stunning bright white – just like Graceland.
Other aerial pictures show off the enormous scale of the isolated property which was built in the 1970s and is located right at edge of a large wooded area.

A skip used for construction can be seen parked in the huge front courtyard of the property.
The main two level dwelling is also surrounded by several smaller buildings.
Features on the site include a rear courtyard area with pool and entertainment deck and what appears to be space for a tennis court or golf driving range.

‘That Graceland looks exactly like the house I own in Glenorie, it’s exactly the same,’ he said during a segment on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
He was then asked by his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson whether he had any renovation plans for the property and teasingly told her it was ‘no one’s business’.
But he later revealed he was in the midst of extensive building work, including a total interior demolition.

Sandilands’ property also includes an American-style pitched roof, a second storey front porch with columns and a dramatic garden feature in the courtyard.
However, Kyle’s co-host Jackie appeared unconvinced by his bold Graceland comparison as she said: ‘Glenorie looks nothing like Graceland.’
She went on to back down and admitted she did see a slight resemblance, especially if Kyle was to add more stone work and shutters.
