Kyle Sandilands met his biggest fan on Tuesday.
The outrageous shock jock, 52, was introduced to Lara, who admitted to being ‘in love’ with the Sydney radio king.
Surprising Kyle in the studio, Lara brought along her ‘Kyle suitcase’ filled with ‘treasures’ including a framed naked photo from his Cleo centrefold days.
Lara told a bemused Kyle and Jackie O she had fantasised about Kyle ‘hundreds’ of times, including while intimate with her boyfriend.
‘Has your boyfriend ever been having sex with you and you’ve pretended it’s me?’ Kyle asked Lara, bluntly.
‘Yes,’ she admitted.
A jovial Kyle said it ‘feels really good,’ to hear the confession.
Lara revealed she’s had a crush on Kyle for the past decade, even getting a ‘King Kyle’ tattoo on her shoulder.
‘A lot of people don’t believe me,’ Lara said, when she tells people it is for Kyle.

Turning her attention to her boyfriend Shaun, she admitted he is ‘very supportive’ of the racy celebrity crush.
During the segment, Lara had an old autograph from Kyle, a copy of his book and newspaper clippings in her suitcase of Kyle memorabilia.

Lara admitted her ultimate fantasy of Kyle was ‘R-rated’, but Kyle agreed to purchase her a rare KIIS gravy boat to add to her collection.
The super fan first came to the attention of producers when she appeared on a podcast alongside Meshel Laurie.
‘I am in love with Kyle Sandilands. I absolutely adore him. To me, he is perfection,’ Lara said on the podcast.
Lara also had a framed photo of Kyle, which she keeps by her bed
‘I even flew from Perth to Sydney just to meet him, ten minutes of his time and it was worth every cent,’ she continued.
The mother-of-two went on to say it ‘was probably the best experience’ of her life.
‘I have two children, so sucks to be them,’ she joked.
