Kyle Sandilands found himself on the back foot Tuesday morning when co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson mocked his multi-million dollar company’s name.
The radio shock jock, 52, founded an investment company in 2012 and called it ‘King Kyle’ after the King of Radio nickname he received during his long career on air.
Now, just over a decade later, his colleague Jackie O, 49, offended Kyle when she was caught laughing at the name during their Kyle and Jackie O Show.
The Australian Idol judge was reminiscing on the early days of his career in the mid-nineties when he got a gig on Triple M radio in Brisbane.
He revealed he had referred to himself as King Kyle even way back then, leading to his KIIS FM co-host Jackie O letting out a derisive laugh.

Kyle promptly took offense and reminded Jackie O that she was also mocking the name of his company, before taking aim at her own recent business venture.
‘What if I said Besties was for fat lezzos?’ he fired back at her, referring to the company the radio host started with close friend Gemma O’Neill.
Jackie O assured her colleague: ‘I’m not referring to [your business], I’m referring to you being on air calling yourself King Kyle.’

‘As opposed to you calling yourself “Jackie O”? It’s the same thing right?’ he responded.
‘I guess it was a nickname back then which did apply because I was with someone who was O’Neil,’ Jackie O said, referring to her past relationship with Ugly Phil O’Neil.
Ugly Phil, who is a radio announcer and DJ, tied the knot with Jackie O a year after they met in the early nineties, with the pair separating in 1999.

Kyle went on to tell Jackie O that King Kyle was also a nickname before adding: ‘We’ve always respected each other why change now just cause you’re getting some young strange?
‘You’re getting some young strange, you think you can be a b***h to everyone. It ain’t gonna work.’
Kyle founded King Kyle in 2012 as an investment company, but later expanded it into content creation and music production.
The business covers a massive variety of services from selling beverages such as H2Coco and Nueva Sangria, to producing the Amazon Prime hit Luxe Listings Sydney.
