The pair shared a frosty hug as they arrived at Cipriani restaurant in Beverly Hills to celebrate their daughter Alexia’s 29th birthday.
Richards, 56, who has been long rumored to be in a lesbian romance with Morgan Wade, showcased her toned arms in a black sleeveless top over a black leather skirt.
She wore black high heel mules and carried a black bag, accessorizing with large gold and diamond earrings.
The reality star wore natural looking makeup and pulled her long, brunette locks back into a ponytail.
Umansky, 54, looked relaxed in a gray button down shirt over a pair of tight fitting gray jeans and distressed brown leather high top sneakers.
