The social media personality, 32, made the vile remark in a 2012 video in which he was playing a video game and said of the female character: 'Mate you're getting raped. She is so getting raped.'
This latest revelation comes just hours after another unearthed clip saw him telling his mother that rather than practice safe sex, he would 'punch the baby' if a woman fell pregnant with his child.
In the since deleted video he told followers he wanted to 'smack' the female character 'in the face so hard' before referring to her as a 'dumb b****'.
KSI, whose real name is Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, then said: 'If she gets raped I'm not even going to feel sorry for her'.
Lucy Duckworth of rape support organisation The Survivors Trust, told The Sun: 'Trivialising rape creates violence and leads to loss of life. We can't justify it. You can't joke about somebody else's lived experience of being victimised.

'Unless you've experienced it yourself, then you shouldn't be commenting on it at all.'
The Daily Mail have contacted KSI and his representatives for comment.
Meanwhile KSI made his joke about 'punching woman' in another deleted YouTube video from 2017.
After his mother Yinka Olatunji reminded him to always use a condom, KSI, who boasts 17million YouTube subscribers, said: 'If she gets pregnant I'll just punch the baby.'
His shocked mum replied: 'No, you can't say that,' to which her son replied laughing: 'I'm kidding, I'm kidding, I'm not going to do that, Jesus.'
A spokesperson for Women's Aid said: 'Comments like this are never acceptable to make, even if it is meant as a joke. It's a sad truth that pregnant women are even more likely than other women to experience domestic abuse.
'Such "jokes" make this kind of criminal behaviour, which women do experience, seem less serious, and indeed life-threatening, than it is.'

Meanwhile a source close to KSI told the publication: 'The video dates back nearly a decade and like many people - as they have grown older - KSI looks back on that time with deep regret and recognises his language was both stupid and wrong.'

The Sidemen Sunday video saw the troupe of internet personalities take on a 'Countdown challenge' in which they attempt to come up with a nine-letter word like on the show.
KSI, whose team named themselves 'N******', struggled to come up with a word before offering one which caused offence - adding: 'We need points and I don't mean this maliciously.'
Fellow hosts Chunkz and Filly appeared open-mouthed as they laughed at KSI's answer, while he jokingly said 'sorry'.
KSI suggested 'P***' when attempting to come up with the longest word out of nine letters. Other members of the Sidemen broke out into laughter.
