Kim Zolciak’s husband Kroy Biermann is on the verge of losing his automobile.
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta guest star has failed to make payments on his white Rolls-Royce in over a year, according to a Friday report from TMZ.
The site claims that BMW Financial Service, the company that owns the lease, has asked a judge if they can repossess the vehicle as soon as possible.
The company alleges that the former football star has not responded to requests to make payments on the car, worth $400,100, so they have little choice.
Kroy is very tardy on his payments. He reportedly has not written a check for his car since September 2022, and that has certainly added up as the payments are over $5,000 per month. That means he now owes over $190,000.
This is just more bad news for the financially strapped couple as they have been forced to list their Georgia mansion as it is on the brink of foreclosure. They are asking a steep $6million.
They also continue to be on and off with their very ugly divorce.
