Kristin Cavallari opened up about co-sleeping with two of her three kids on the latest episode of her podcast.
The 38-year-old former Laguna Beach star got candid on Tuesday’s Let’s Be Honest show, titled My Birthing Stories:Â Pain, Pitocin, & Sushi in the Delivery Room.Â
She confessed to listeners that her son Jaxon, 11, and daughter Saylor, nine — whom she shares with ex-husband Jay Cutler — sleep in her bed ‘one night a week.’
However, her 13-year-old firstborn son Camden is more independent.
Kristin noted that the kids used to sleep with her ‘every other night’ but it’s less often due to school being back in session.
The mother-of-three said her younger son has been coming into her bed since he was just one-year-old and discovered he could ‘get out of his bed.’

Kristin is mom to Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and daughter Saylor, nine
Jaxon slept with his mom ‘every single night for four years’ despite the reality television personality’s efforts, she explained.
The cycle was broken when he moved into a room with older brother Camden.
Cavallari then revealed the ‘problem’ that arises when her youngest kids decide to sleep in bed with her.
‘I have to be so quiet in my bathroom, like, brushing my teeth, washing my face and getting dressed. I want to be able to have the freedom to move about my room and get dressed in the morning without worrying about waking someone up,’ she explained.
Elsewhere in the episode Kristin got into the scary details of her first child’s birth.
She told her audience that her doctor feared her baby might not survive childbirth because hospital staff initially couldn’t find her his heartbeat.
The Uncommon James jewelry designer also shared brutal details from the birth, saying she felt like she was ‘ripping in half’ during the delivery.
Even though she opted for an epidural for all three deliveries, the procedure doesn’t fully eliminate labor pain in order to leave mothers with enough muscle control to help facilitate the birth.
Kristin admitted that she fantasized about a more ‘natural’ kind of birth — as opposed to going into labor in a hospital with pain medications — but said she knew the epidural was essential.
‘I would do things differently I think today, if I were to have a baby today,’ she reflected. ‘But in the same breath, I remember at the time being like, ‘I have nothing to prove, I know I’m strong and right now I’m f***ing dying; I want the epidural.Â
