Kristin Cavallari got real about the ‘really sad’ state of her sex life.
The Laguna Beach alum, 38, split from Mark Estes last year, and has been making herself a priority rather than her love life since then.
But Kristin seemed rather self-conscious to admit on the latest episode of her podcast, Let’s Be Honest, that her love life has been leaving something to be desired as of late.
Kristin – who was previously married to NFL alum Jay Cutler – described how she hasn’t felt particularly inclined to date again due to her strong friendship with BFF Justin Anderson.
‘I really am able to get a lot from Justin, which, hey – maybe that’s why I haven’t felt the need to settle or make a man work because I’m gained a lot from Justin that I would need from a man,’ she said.
‘Other than sex, obviously, which we won’t even go there ’cause the lack of that is, it’s really sad,’ she said.

‘I haven’t been dating this year, you guys. I haven’t been dating,’ she said. ‘I did just go on a date, and it was a great date, and it was a really great first date back in the game.’
Kristin said it ‘felt good’ to meet the potential suitor.
‘But I am kind of back out there, no I wouldn’t say back out there, I went on one date. But it felt good, I was excited to go on a date. Let’s put it that way, because it’s been a minute. But it’s been good.
‘I’ve needed this year to kind of just focus on myself,’ she said.
Kristin split from TikTok star Mark Estes, 25, after seven months together last year, a relationship which made headlines due to their 13-year age gap.
The Uncommon James founder was married to Jay Cutler from 2013 to 2022. They share three children together.

The women were discussing NFL players when Cavallari suddenly had the idea: ‘You know what would be great is like, a coach.’
Kristin said she’s ‘too old for athletes now.’
She then asked rhetorically: ‘Where are the hot coaches?’
‘Some of them are hot,’ she gushed. ‘You’ll see a photo and you’re like, excuse me, who is that man?’
Patti agreed, ‘They’re always in their 40s and really sexy, and they have scruff and nice hair.’
Weighing the downside, Kristin added, ‘The problem is they work a lot.’
The blonde bombshell mentioned that she’s ‘seen a couple coaches’ on the exclusive dating app Raya, adding, ‘Maybe I should start scrolling again, actually.’
