The 70-year-old reality matriarch was spotted touching down in St. Barts on Tuesday, finally ditching the gloves she’s been hiding behind for months as she showed off her ultra-smooth new look.
While her face appeared frozen in time, her hands – visibly wrinkled and weathered – quickly stole the spotlight.
Jenner has carefully concealed them at recent appearances, including her lavish 70th birthday bash, where she flaunted her refreshed face while wearing long black opera gloves.
But this time, the gloves were off as she arrived on the island just days after turning heads beside her 45-year-old boyfriend Corey Gamble.
The contrast between her youthful visage and aging hands was impossible to miss – especially amid long-standing rumors that she’s undergone cosmetic work on her hands as well.

In 2016, Jenner sparked fresh speculation when she shared an Instagram photo showing her hand heavily bandaged, immediately setting off chatter about what kind of procedure she may have undergone.

However, her team moved quickly to shut down the rumors, confirming the surgery was medically necessary rather than aesthetic.

It also comes just days after Kris once again upstaged Khloé ands sister Kylie Jenner, with the trio posing for holiday photos – and Kris looking like she could be their sibling.
Reflecting on the facelift in an August interview with Vogue Arabia, Jenner explained: ‘I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.’
She added on aging: ‘Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.’

In October, Jenner discussed Dr. Levine again and revealed a ‘password’ the pair created for prospective patients.
‘He didn’t want the attention, which I loved,’ she said on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. ‘I said, “But do I have your permission to say who you are?” And he goes, “Listen, I’ll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, I’m Kris Jenner’s best friend, and can I have a consultation? They have to say the secret password.”’
The reality star explained that the surgeon has received countless calls since her procedure, some from people claiming to be friends.
She added that being open about her surgery was important to ‘inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself.’
Jenner’s facelift isn’t her first procedure.
She previously underwent a facelift in 2011 by Dr. Garth Fisher, who also performed Kylie Jenner’s breast augmentation in 2019.
Over the years, the momager has had Botox, a breast augmentation in the 1980s, earlobe reduction in 2018, and a ‘very scary’ hip replacement in 2022.
