The glamorous 70-year-old first sparked speculation about taking the GLP-1 medication back in 2023, when she shared a snap of herself looking noticeably slimmer during a Tuscan getaway.
Fans were quick to weigh in on the Instagram post, commenting things like, 'Rocking the Ozempic too?' and 'The Ozempic runs deep in this family.'
The reality star had never addressed the chatter - until now.
On Tuesday’s SHE MD podcast, Jenner admitted she had tried the injections before they became a Hollywood weight-loss craze.
‘We tried it once when no one knew what it was,' she said - without specifying when this took place or who she meant by 'we.'

Jenner admitted that Ozempic made her 'really sick' and 'nauseous,' prompting her to explore ‘different options.’
She revealed she has since switched to peptide injections and supplements, which she claimed give her ‘more energy’ and an ‘extra couple of hours every day.'

But Jenner wasted no time shutting down the chatter during a candid appearance on daughter ’s podcast Khloe in Wonderland.
Addressing the speculation head-on, she insisted the claims were untrue, making it clear she couldn’t be happier with both her results and the doctor behind them.

'Lately, it's this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy,' Jenner began.
'The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm really mad at... I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth.
'It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him.'
Doubling down on her support for Dr Levine, Jenner gushed, 'The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved.'
She went on to explain that while she would usually brush off the rumors, this time she felt compelled to respond because they were 'really hurting someone else' - pointing to Levine.

Shrugging off the noise, Jenner made it clear she isn’t losing sleep over public opinion.
Jenner’s shocking Ozempic reveal comes nearly a week after she finally addressed claims she was ‘mad as hell’ over rumors her $100,000 facelift was 'slipping'
'At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval,' she said.
'I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look.'
And she’s certainly been acting like it.
Since undergoing the procedure, Jenner has confidently debuted her refreshed appearance at a string of high-profile events - including the lavish wedding celebrations of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez.
She also turned heads at her family’s annual holiday bash, with fans quick to note she appeared strikingly youthful alongside boyfriend Corey Gamble.
The podcast appearance comes after Jenner revealed what she says is the ‘only’ real thing on her face following her facelift during an episode of The Kardashians.
While chatting with daughter Kim Kardashian in Paris before a shopping trip, Jenner admitted that her nose is ‘probably the only thing on my face that’s real.’
Kim also reassured her mother that her teeth are natural, claiming she has ‘never had a veneer.’
'It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him,' Jenner said; (pictured at 2026 Met Gala)
Jenner then jokingly asked Kim to ‘bend over,’ seemingly nodding to past speculation about her own derriere.
Reflecting on the facelift in an August interview with Vogue Arabia, Jenner explained: ‘I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.’
She added on aging: ‘Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.
'If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.’
In October, Jenner discussed Dr Levine again and revealed a ‘password’ the pair created for prospective patients.
‘He didn’t want the attention, which I loved,’ she said on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. ‘I said, “But do I have your permission to say who you are?”
'And he goes, “Listen, I’ll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, I’m Kris Jenner’s best friend, and can I have a consultation? They have to say the secret password.”’
The reality star explained that the surgeon has received countless calls since her procedure, some from people claiming to be friends.
She added that being open about her surgery was important to ‘inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself.’
Jenner’s facelift is not her first procedure.
She previously underwent a facelift in 2011 by Dr Garth Fisher, who also did Kylie Jenner’s breast augmentation in 2019.
Over the years, the momager has had Botox, a breast augmentation in the 1980s, earlobe reduction in 2018 and a ‘very scary’ hip replacement in 2022.
