The reality star, 69, was spotted enjoying a shopping at designers Victoria Beckham and Hermes before returning to her London hotel, The Corinthia.
Kris oozed sophistication for her day out, wearing a two-tone brown suit, featuring a longline blazer.
Her ensemble was completed with a pair of pleated straight-leg trousers, a tan vest top and a pair of suede stilettos.
She accessorised her look with huge visor-style sunglasses and draped a brown scarf over her arms, as well as carrying a Victoria Beckham shopping bag.
It comes after Kris joined her daughter Kim as she celebrated her 45th birthday in London on Wednesday night with an extremely A-list party crowd.

The influencer and businesswoman attended a private party held by her close artist and photographer friend Mert Alas and despite the rain she wore two incredibly revealing outfits – one when she arrived, and another when she left.
The first showed off her hourglass figure as she slipped into a sheer, cleavage-enhancing corset and thigh-skimming silk skirt.
For the second she donned a fitted minidress made of more sheer material as well as a revealing bralette piece at the top.
Dazzling beaded details were embroidered throughout the outfit which also featured tasselled embellishments.
Fashion designer John Galliano joined her at the party, as did socialite Emma Weymouth, models Stella Maxwell and Kate Moss, singer FKA Twigs, actresses Isla Fisher, Sarah Paulson and Naomi Watts.
The Skims founder brushed aside the rainy weather as she left the party alongside other guests.
Kim has known fashion photographer Mert Alas for many years – and he has notably worked with other celebrities such as Ariana Grande, Demi Moore and Kate.
Most recently, Mert co-collaborated on the album cover art and visuals for Taylor Swift’s The Life Of A Showgirl.

Earlier this year in April, fans began to speculate that the reality star could possibly be dating the photographer after he appeared in snaps on her Instagram account.
She had shared pictures at the time from a Skims party that she threw and in one slide, Kim included photo booth images with a mystery man – who was later identified as Mert.
The Kardashians star previously had a relationship with SNL alum Pete Davidson followed by her dating Odell Beckham Jr. from late 2023 until their split last year.
Kim was married to rapper Kanye West from 2014 until their divorce was finalized in 2022.
The former couple share four children: North, 12, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven and Psalm, six.
Late last month during an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, the star gave an update on her love life when the late night talk show host brought up the topic.

‘Yeah. They’re trying to set you up. Have you been dating at all?’ the comedian then asked.
However, Kim simply replied with, ‘No.’
