Kourtney Kardashian has been trying a new approach to her way of thinking. 

The 45-year-old reality star, who has been working to get her post-baby body into shape, opened up about some of her insecurities on social media on Saturday.

In addition to sharing some behind-the-scenes photos from her publicity shoot for the fifth season of the Hulu show, the Poosh founder detailed the pressures of returning to work just three months after giving birth to her fourth child.

‘I was 3 months postpartum and not feeling quite ready for a big shoot like this where there’s lots and lots of people watching me all day,’ she said of her mindset, at the time. 

Kourtney Kardashian opened up about some of her insecurities in a vulnerable Instagram post about doing a photo shoot just three months postpartum 

Kardashian noted that ‘even though my baby boy was with’ her ‘all day on set’ that it didn’t feel the same when she was ‘covered in makeup, in high heels and wearing a dress versus’ their snuggly days at home in pajamas.

‘But something I’ve been doing lately is shifting my mind set and thinking of the positives! I am so blessed to be able to bring my baby to work,’ she told fans. ‘How fun to get to be glammed up when I’ve been home for months in pajamas.’

The mom-of-four concluded: ‘How blessed to get to work alongside my sisters and mom…we really have so much fun together! What a beautiful life!’ 

In the images, she can be seen rocking a strapless chocolate toned maxi sweater dress with long sleeves.

Her hair was still long at the time and was parted on the side and left to lay in loose waves.

The reality star’s makeup reflected the warm tones in her complexion and included a soft rose gold lip.

Accessories included large diamond encrusted hoop earrings.

The beauty also revealed she wore a strapless support slip under her curve hugging dress for a smoother look.

The recently new mom, who gave birth to son Rocky in November, revealed she wore a strapless support slip under her curve hugging dress for a smoother look

‘Something I’ve been doing lately is shifting my mind set and thinking of the positives!’ she explained, ‘I am so blessed to be able to bring my baby to work. How blessed to get to work alongside my sisters and mom… we really have so much fun together!

‘On behalf of postpartum moms everywhere…thank you ❤️’ wrote one fan who could identify with Kardashian’s feelings.

Another new mom commented she was ‘Inspiring me to embrace the body that gave me my son ❤️.’ 

A third raved: ‘This is why you’re the best Kardashian.’

Her longtime pal, Malika Haqq, who use to work as her younger sister Khloe Kardashian’s personal assistant, commented: ‘Beautiful life.’
