His manager confirmed the news to The Daily Mail on Thursday, and the CEO of his management company declined to comment further, citing it as a private matter.
The popular Bachelorette star went on to have a string of high-profile romances after springing to national attention.
He first shot to fame on in 2021 when he pursued Brooke Blurton, quickly becoming a fan favourite and making it to the top four before being eliminated.
However, their romance failed to blossom, with Brooke sending Konrad home during the 'hometown visits' stage of the competition.

Soon after his appearance on the matchmaking show , Konrad began a highly publicised open relationship with Abbie Chatfield.
However, the pair revealed they had split in 2022, just one month before he arrived in Buenos Aires to film The Challenge Australia.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Abbie shared a heartfelt tribute to her former partner.
'I have seen the news of Konrad's death and I have known for a few days now. Thank you to the people reaching out to me to let me know or send their support,' she wrote.
'Obviously this is an incredibly difficult and strange time for me, and I am devastated for Konrad, his friends and his family. And I am heartbroken too.
'Please send love and support to Konrad's friends, family, and loved ones. He has many, many people who love him and who he loves too. I am heartbroken for everyone in his life as I know how much he meant to them, and I'm sure to a lot of you, who never even met him.

'Konrad was such a kind and sweet person to everyone. A very caring man who deserved to live a very, very long life. I am so heartbroken that he doesn't get to do that. And that his loved ones don't get to experience that full, long life with him.'
Abbie went on to urge her followers to 'check in on their mates'.

'He was a good friend. And f*** was he was funny! Witty. Made me laugh in that deep, unexpected way that catches in your chest and makes the whole day feel lighter,' Megan wrote
'I guess it was just nice to have someone inside of [the house] to be intimate with or to have that understanding that you can do that and it doesn't mean that you have to date or it doesn't have to be anything serious,' he added.
Konrad, who has previously been open about his mental health struggles, then began dating singer-songwriter Thelma, with romance rumours kicking off in early December 2022 when they attended the National Gallery of Victoria Gala together.
He previously told Yahoo Lifestyle that he was madly in love with Thelma.
Konrad said he felt 'very grateful' to have met the singer-songwriter and was excited to see what their future together held.
'I feel very lucky I have a beautiful partner who I'm madly in love with... I'm in a really good headspace at the moment and I'm really excited for what's to come,' he said.
It's unclear when Konrad and Thelma split. However, they appeared to separate on amicable terms as they continued to follow each other online.

Continuing, Megan added that the news was particularly given future plans he had divulged.
'I keep thinking about the things he still had lined up - that wandering horse trek somewhere wide and dusty, the fiddle under his chin, motorcycle trips, the quiet courage of getting his art out into the world,' she wrote.
'Trying to make the world a little better. Homey. All the pieces of a life still calling to him.
Megan continued: 'I hope wherever you’ve gone Konnie, it’s open country and good tunes. I hope there’s time to finish what you started. Miss you already x I love you.'
