IT’S the time of year for doing good deeds and Luke Littler is leading the pack of kind celebs this Christmas.
The teen darts ace – who will take on David Davies at Alexandra Palace in north London on Sunday – has forked out a couple of grand to buy four Xbox consoles for the children’s ward at Warrington Hospital in Cheshire.
I’m told the world champ wanted to spread some joy after he visited the kids last month.
A pal added: “Being in hospital as a kid can be very scary and that is heightened at Christmas when away from their families. Luke got four Xbox consoles for the ward, so they can have some fun at Christmas.
Luke’s keen to see if anyone can match his gaming skills. The kids were thrilled.”
Luke, who was born in Warrington Hospital, said he was determined to defend his title at Ally Pally in their name.
“This visit and seeing people in this situation has motivated me to defend my title. If I can bring a tiny bit of happiness to families and patients going through tough times, then it makes it all worthwhile.”
Ed shed pounds
IF anything was going to make me put down my third mince pie, it’s this new photograph of Ed Sheeran.
He looks like an absolute hunk – with a ripped six pack – as he poses for the latest edition of Men’s Health.
Ed said he was inspired by his pal Stormzy to get fit for the shoot, after the rapper landed his cover for the mag last year.
He explained: “I look at someone like Stormzy and the training that he goes through to go on tour and that was definitely a catalyst.
“I went to play with him in 2021 and he was doing a hundred press-ups before he went on stage and I was staring at him like, ‘What the f*** is this about?’”
Speaking in the Jan/Feb edition of Men’s Health, which goes on sale on Tuesday, Ed added: “Underneath it all, I am a pizza-eating, beer-guzzling smoker, but that’s just not my reality as a parent in my thirties.
He added: “I wanted to feel superhuman on stage.”
I think you look superhuman too, Ed.
Ice so cheeky
IT’S bottoms up for Ice Spice as she heads to a party in New York.
The American rapper wore a rather cheeky white dress which showed off her bum for the bash.
She dropped new single Thootie, with Dominican rapper Tokischa, earlier this month and showed off her talent for languages by rapping parts in Spanish.
Ice said: “It’s the first time people are hearing me speak or rap in Spanish And it’s even more special that I got to do it with Toki.”
Jason’s three-day binge
JASON DONOVAN has admitted he made a prize tit of himself at Kate Moss’s 21st birthday party after going on a massive drugs bender.
The ex-Neighbours star started partying days before the do in 1995, which was attended by stars including Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, Michael Hutchence and Johnny Depp and the over-indulgence caught up with him.
Speaking on Jamie Laing’s Good Company podcast, he said: “I scored some cocaine and got on it . . . and that was three days before the event. I found myself among some very famous people.
“I was overheating and ended up on the floor as Michael and Johnny were singing Gloria. This soap star from Australia, who’s been on a bender for two days is on a stretcher. Through-the-roof embarrassing.”
Christmas Congrats for Kylie!
KYLIE MINOGUE is set to land the Christmas No1 this afternoon with single Xmas and she has even more exciting news for fans.
She has revealed she is planning a career-spanning tour for 2027, just like Taylor Swift’s Eras and Madonna’s Celebration to toast her four decades in pop.
Robbie in £22m payday
ROBBIE WILLIAMS has paid himself a massive £22.4million from live shows, his Netflix documentary and property sales.
Fresh accounts for his firm You’re Not Famous, showed the pop star earned the equivalent of £430,000 a week, last year.
The star banked the staggering amount after selling his homes in Los Angeles, Switzerland and Wiltshire, playing a massive tour and releasing his biopic Better Man.
And the documents show that the kind-hearted star also donated £122,424 to charity last year.
He will continue to earn the big bucks in the new year when he releases his delayed album Britpop, which he is hoping will become his 16th chart topper.
That would put him ahead of The Beatles as the act with the most No1 albums in history.
