Kim Zolciak Shows Abs After Night at Boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s House

Kim Zolciak was spotted leaving her new boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s house in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday morning, after spending the night.

Amid her messy divorce from Kroy Biermann, 40, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 47, appears to have moved on, and was seen walking to her car together with Mowitz.

The reality TV star flashed her toned abs in a black cropped t-shirt and a pair of matching sweatpants.

The Bravo beauty kept comfortable in a pair of grey UGG slippers and carried a pink Bogg Bag on her arm.

Meanwhile, a barefoot Mowitz emerged in a grey t-shirt, navy shorts, and a baseball cap as he helped Zolciak pack up her trunk.

Zolciak reportedly began dating Mowitz sometime between April and May. Notably, she was recently subpoenaed in Mowitz’s $100 million divorce from his estranged wife Jillian Green.

Zolciak’s blonde tresses were swept up into a messy ponytail, and she accessorized with black rimmed eyeglasses.

She was seen chatting on her cellphone while holding a water bottle in her hand.

Their relationship was described as being ‘super serious,’ insiders told TMZ, as the new couple have been spending ‘a ton of time together.’

They are ‘very happy together’ in their romance, sources told the outlet.

Mowitz’s ex-wife Green previously sent legal papers to Zolciak requesting she sit for a deposition and provide records of all of her written communications with Mowitz, sources claimed.

Insiders told TMZ that there was no overlap in Zolciak and Mowitz’s respective relationships, as they started seeing each other only after they had respectively filed for divorce.

Zolciak reportedly spent more than a year on the single sidelines before dating again after her split with former NFL player.

In terms of their past legal entanglements, Green said in court testimony that she had kissed another man in May 2024 while on a trip to Las Vegas, TMZ reported.

Green said she wasn’t challenging the notion that Zolciak and Mowitz began dating after her estranged husband filed for divorce this past March.

Further complicating issues is that Biermann had actually contacted Green, she testified in the June deposition, according to TMZ.

Biermann warned Green that Zolciak would try to financially exploit Mowitz for every penny she could.

Zolciak remains living in her own place after having vacated the suburban Atlanta area mansion she shared with Biermann for more than a decade.

Green testified that the former NFL defender said Zolciak would look to ‘drain money’ from Mowitz; and has already used his credit card to cover Instacart grocery purchases.

Biermann also told Green that Zolciak was ‘a narcissist with a gambling problem who was never around for her children,’ the outlet reported after reviewing the deposition.

Green said that she and Biermann quietly met at her cousin’s house so they didn’t draw attention to their alliance. She said that there was never a romance between them, and that they hadn’t spoken for months prior to the deposition.

Green said Biermann told her that he had ‘sat outside’ Mowitz’s house, but that she didn’t fear he would try to harm him him, the outlet reported.

Zolciak received a subpoena September 30 while she was at her son’s Georgia high school, US Weekly reported. The incident came months after she requested a confidentiality agreement from Green’s attorneys to suppress media coverage of the tangly case.

Attorneys for the Don’t Be Tardy star sought to throw the subpoena out, saying that it was ‘unreasonable’ and oppressive’ in its nature.

A corporate biography for Mowitz online indicates he’s the ‘Co-Founder, Managing Partner and CEO’ of the Imperium Blue group of companies, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.

The biography noted that Mowitz was ‘responsible for Imperium Blue’s overall structuring, acquisition and financing activities domestically and abroad.’

‘The family office currently owns and manages over $4.5 billion in assets through its portfolio companies and its wealth management platform.’

Mowitz has also established himself as a prominent philanthropist, as he and and his brother Justin donated $100,000 to Florida State University in setting up the Mowitz Family Endowment for Excellence in Real Estate in 2018.

Mowitz — who graduated from the university in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance — said that ‘the FSU network is amazing’ in the piece.

Mowitz spoke nostalgically about his association with the school, and membership in a fraternity, in the piece from the college’s business school.

‘We are very pleased to be in the position to make this gift,’ Kyle said. ‘My experience at FSU – from what I learned in the classroom and the contacts I made through Greek life and during my summer internships with alumni – were pivotal for me. They’ve had a lasting impact that adds up to the success I have today.’

The piece mentioned that ‘Kyle’s wife, Jillian’ was not a Florida State graduate.

FSU Dean Michael Hartline said of Mowitz and his sibling, ‘We are extremely fortunate that Kyle and Justin have chosen to invest in our real estate program and student.

The academic continued: ‘The success they’ve both achieved in the industry is remarkable, and it’s encouraging to our students to see what is possible for them. We also hope their generosity plants the seed of philanthropy among our students, so they also will invest in our future.’

He had his most productive year on the field in 2012 when he started 14 games, racking up 36 tackles, three sacks and scoring a touchdown on an interception.

The duo exchanged vows in a lavish $1 million wedding on November 11, 2011 at their Georgia mansion.
