Kim Zolciak lit up BravoCon with a bombshell no one saw coming — finally revealing the moment her 12-year marriage to Kroy Biermann shattered for good.
The 48-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum didn’t hold back as she looked back on the couple’s roller-coaster few years.
After first splitting in May 2023, briefly calling off the divorce in July, and then watching Biermann file again that August, the pair have been locked in a bruising, on-again off-again battle ever since.
But this time, Zolciak put a name to the betrayal she says broke the marriage beyond repair.
When asked what the ‘final straw’ was, she didn’t flinch.
‘He cheated,’ she told ET on the red carpet.

The accusation stunned the crowd — but no one more than her daughter Ariana, who sat beside her during the interview.
The 25-year-old was caught completely off-guard, blurting out: ‘Holy s—.’
Zolciak didn’t hold back as she detailed the chaos of her post-marriage life.
She called her split from Biermann ‘impossible,’ saying the divorce has drained ‘lots of money’ with ‘no movement’ toward a settlement.
‘There’s no co-parenting, it’s disturbing. If you only knew,’ she said, speaking of the four kids she shares with Biermann: Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11.
‘As much as I would love to share the truth, I won’t, because I have children. You don’t bash the mother of your children. Their stability is in my own.’
In December 2023 bodycam footage, the retired NFL star accused Zolciak of ‘f–king other men’ — a claim she fired back at in a strong statement.

‘I vehemently deny any allegation that I have been unfaithful to Kroy at any point in our 12-year marriage. Any claim to the contrary is downright false, baseless, and slanderous,’ Zolciak wrote, noting that her estranged husband was ‘enraged’ when making the accusation.
‘I have tried not to speak on these hurtful allegations, but I am at a breaking point with this and I will not stay silent when my character is being assassinated,’ she added.
Amid the chaos, Zolciak revealed at BravoCon that she’s found happiness again with Kyle Mowitz, who is also navigating his own divorce from Jillian Green.
‘I’m a Taurus. I’m loyal to a fault. We went on our first date, and we’ve been together ever since,’ she said, insisting they’ve kept things private for ‘several reasons’—mostly because, as she put it, ‘I do like my personal life private, I really do.’
Defending her new relationship, Zolciak said she doesn’t have to ‘wait until [she’s] legally divorced’ to move on.
She and Mowitz bonded over ‘horrible circumstances’ while both going through divorces for ‘the exact same reason.’
‘I’m happy as hell,’ she told ET. ‘I’m at peace.’
And she shot down rumors that her boyfriend’s marital status was an issue.

‘I’m legally married and so is he. So, he’s been going through a divorce for years as well, and so have I. So I don’t know – I’m supposed to wait til I’m legally divorced? I don’t think Kroy will ever give me a divorce.’
Zolciak described the legal battle with Biermann as relentless: ‘No movement, no change. Just constant antics.’
‘I exhaust myself trying to keep [my kids] in a positive headspace,’ she added.
‘I take on a lot of the financial responsibility. … Co-parenting would just make their lives so much happier, and I just keep continuing to pray for that.’
She claimed Kroy, 41, ‘can’t get to that place’ because he vowed to ‘publicly destroy’ her when she filed for divorce in 2023.
‘That’s been his goal, and that’s all he cares about,’ Kim said. ‘But it hasn’t worked yet.’
