Kim Zolciak flaunts her slim figure in a small black swimsuit during marital and financial challenges with Kroy Biermann

Kim Zolciak showed off her very slender frame in a black bikini on Instagram this week – amid her marital and financial woes.

The star, 45, who is estranged from husband Kroy Biermann, 38, flashed the peace sign as she posed in a black bandeau top and string bikini bottoms.

Her locks were piled into a casual updo as she captioned the post: ‘Pillow fight earlier clearly – referencing cushions strewn on the floor.

The post comes after Biermann claimed that estranged wife Kim pent more than $600,000 at luxury stores in a financial report filed with the court as part of their ongoing divorce.

The former pro football player attached a spreadsheet of Kim’s alleged spending habits during their marriage, according to an article on Tuesday by TMZ.

Kroy claimed that Kim spent more than $600,000 from 2016 to 2023 at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave, Chanel, Versace and Agent Provocateur.

He also alleged in the court filing that Kim invested in Bitcoin and the lottery with spending of $161,912.87 in 2021 and an additional $65,966.95 in 2022.

Kroy’s filing was in response to Kim’s request for privacy in a motion to compel handing over financial documents.

He also challenged her requests for privacy by highlighting her social media updates that range from vaginal rejuvenation to Botox injections and also alleged in the filing that Kim was stashing cash in a separate bank account.   

Kim posted on social media on Monday about ‘fast cars and freedom’ while driving around running errands.

The Bravo star – who boasts 6.3M social media followers – might have been referring to the 2005 Rascal Flatts song of the same name.

Kim’s post came five days a judge granted Ally Bank the right to repossess her and eldest daughter Brielle Karenna Biermann’s 2019 Range Rover after they failed to make over $83K in payments – according to TMZ.

Kim and Kroy filed for divorce from each other in May, but then they reunited November 11 for a fancy meal at Mezza Luna Pasta and Seafood in Smyrna to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary.

Zolciak previously accused Biermann of emotional abuse and smoking marijuana around their children, and he had accused her of trash-talking him in front of their children and having an online gambling addiction.

TMZ reported Sunday that the pilot does not include the 38-year-old retired NFL star nor their four youngest children – son Kroy Jagger Jr., 12; son Kash Kade, 11; and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 10 (pictured December 24)

The Real Housewives of Atlanta guest star and her former manager’s marital problems appeared to have stemmed after the cancellation of their Bravo reality TV spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy, in 2020 following eight seasons.

Kim originally met Kroy in 2010 during a Dancing Stars Of Atlanta event raising money for Alzheimer’s disease.

Zolciak will next appear in the eighth season of The Surreal Life, which premieres later this year on MTV.
