The Kardashians’ former chef has revealed what Kim’s go-to meal is – and the brunette beauty’s cheat dish is something that you would never expect.
Jesse Henderson worked for the Kardashian clan in 2021 through 2022, having cooked a series of delicious meals for Kylie Jenner, 26, and the 43-year-old SKIMS founder.
After having curated a slew of drool-worthy bites for Kylie’s Nightmare On Elm Street-themed family meal to celebrate her holiday makeup launch in 2021, the 34-year-old culinary expert then created mouth-watering spreads for all of their relatives before taking his talents to the beach as he jetted off to Dominican Republic with Kim as her personal chef.
While there, Jesse – who previously had fans swooning over his appearance on The Kardashians show – learned all there was to know about Kim’s surprising diet and what meal he always had to have on hand.
Now, speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, the chef, who is now focusing on his own reality cooking show, has detailed the various dishes that left Kim begging for more.

Although the 43-year-old frequently flaunts her taut figure in a number of micro bikinis, Jesse shared that Kim indulged in cheat meals like ‘chicken tenders and fries’ as well as ‘pasta with no sauce.’
Jesse – who worked for the family on and off through 2021-2022 – revealed that even he was stunned by Kim’s love for carbs.
While in the Caribbean with Kim, he revealed that he was taken aback when she pulled him to the side and told him what she really needed from her personal chef.
Jesse recalled: ‘At the time, Kim said to me, “Everyone is probably telling you quinoa this and veggie that, but I just want to be honest with you, I want chicken tenders and pasta with no sauce.”‘
He explained that the SKIMS founder always had to have her kitchen filled with salty bites so she could satisfy her cravings.
Jesse added: ‘She is very down to earth and she was very direct about what her cravings were.’
When asked what Kim needed to have in her home at all times, the 34-year-old cooking star told DailyMail.com: ‘[The Kardashians] always had to have pretty relatable stuff.
‘They always had to have pasta, fries, chicken tenders and burgers in their kitchen.’

He shared that he was paid about ‘$2,000 to $5,000’ per casual dinner – adding that themed events garnered him a whopping ‘$15,000 to $25,000.’
The chef said that he often did a variety of tasks while working at the Kardashian household, noting that he wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty when it came to making Kim happy.
Jesse told DailyMail.com: ‘I am the kind of chef that does everything. I am not someone who shows up and is like, “I’m not doing dishes.” I did pretty much everything.’
And it seems that his culinary talents left an impression on Kim as Jesse revealed that he still stayed in touch with the reality star and had a ‘good’ relationship with her – adding that her team often reached out to get him to California to curate her day-to-day meals.
And while the reality TV mogul has no shame munching on a burger and fries, she makes up for her various cheat meals by keeping up with her rigid workout routine.
The 43-year-old is no stranger to exercise – having tirelessly worked to shed pounds to fit in her 2022 Met Gala gown.
And to keep up with her love of carbs, the star often shares details about her exercise schedule and has previously told how her first gym session normally starts at 5:30am.

In the past, her personal trainer shared a video giving a candid insight into the reality star’s intense workout regime.
In the clip shared by trainer Senada Greca, Kim showed off her toned abs in a black bra and fitted leggings as she was seen working hard to lift heavy weights and perfect her muscle work.
She opted to go barefoot for the gym workout while she protected her hands with a pair of fingerless black gloves while lifting the weights.
During the intense lower-body workout, Kim was seen doing an impressive 30 reps of banded monster walks, a rotation of weighted hip thrusts and belted squats.
She also did a whole host of seated abductions and could be seen pushing herself hard while doing lateral goblet squats in the video.
According to her personal trainer, who Kim has been working with since January, the workout also consisted of a warm up and foam rolling.
