After failing to pass the painstaking test last year, she opted against taking the exam this year - however does intend on taking the bar again in the future, sources told TMZ.
Insiders have told the website that Kardashian, 45, wasn't present at the February testing and won't be present in July.
Students have two opportunities to take the bar exam every year, in February and July.
at the earliest next year, however it's uncertain when exactly she will move forward with the bar exam.
She has until January 4 to decide whether or not she will take the test on February 27.

The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Kardashian for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Kardashian originally took the painstaking exam in July, two months after graduating from a four year California Law Office Study Program (LOSP).

She added: 'Falling short isn't failure - it's fuel. I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivates me even more. Let's Go!!!!!!!!!!'
During a previous appearance on The Graham Norton Show, the reality star explained that she had taken the bar exam in July and that she was awaiting her results.
'I took the bar exam in July. I get the results a few days after our [All's Fair] premiere. So in two weeks. So everyone please pray for me. I worked really hard,' Kardashian said.

If all went according to plan, Kardashian said she would be 'qualified' in just two weeks.
'I will be qualified in two weeks. I hope to practice law. Maybe in 10 years, I think I’ll give up being Kim K and be a trial lawyer. That’s what I really want,' she said.
