‘It is a new science-backed digital tool designed to support women through the perimenopause journey,’ Cattrall said. Also present was Dr. Elina Berglund Scherwitzl, Co-Founder & CEO of Natural Cycles
This comes ahead of World Menopause Day which falls on October 18.Â
‘Is it hot in here or is it me? That’s the question that we women have to ask ourselves,’ said Cattrall to the audience.
‘To me, going through menopause – luckily I’m ahead of now, for those of you who have it ahead of you – God bless you – it was all about educating myself.’
Cattrall added, ‘There are no two menopause situations that are the same, whether it’s your mother or your sister or aunt, it’s all going to be different — and it’s how you deal with it.
‘So when something like science and innovation come together to make you smarter about what’s going on inside of you, that’s the place you want to be.’
The actress then added, ‘It’s in your hands. Don’t pass it off to somebody else.
‘Even today when I came here, I packed up my purse and put a fan inside, because you never know. That is a way to support myself.’

Cattrall earlier took to Instagram to share a note on the subject.
‘Menopause isn’t the end — it’s just the start of who you’re becoming,’ she wrote in her caption.
‘I only wish I’d had a tool like @ncperimenopause within the @naturalcycles app to help me navigate the menopause maze. The good news? You do.
‘Now, you have a science-backed tool that helps you connect the dots, making sense of your symptoms by decoding the hormonal shifts happening beneath the surface.
‘I am who I am today because of this journey. So embrace it. Talk about it. Own it with confidence.’
