Khloé Kardashian admitted that she is still recovering from one of her grueling morning workouts on Thursday.
In a new post, shared with her 308 million Instagram followers, the reality star gave a glimpse of how she maintains her lean physique in a new video that showed her doing a mix of ladder drills, various cardio exercises and weightlifting.
The Good American founder, who has attributed her 40-pound weight loss over the years to following a strict diet and exercising regularly, was even joined by her daughter True, six, and two of her nieces during some parts of her training session.
‘Just a peek of this workout…. We did so much more! I’m still tired. Consistency is all that matters. Stay consistent. Be proud and patient with yourself,’ she reminded fans in the caption. ‘The small steps deserve praise too.’
Her comment section was flooded with supportive messages, including many social media users praising her for ‘getting the kids involved to work out at such a young age’ and ‘showing them her physical health is a priority.’

For her workout, the Strong Looks Better Naked author wore a tiny black tank top, matching leggings, white sneakers and calf-length socks.
Last month while appearing on the SHE MD podcast, the mother-of-two recalled being 204 pounds when she delivered her little girl, who she shares with ex Tristan Thompson.
Although she had previously lost a lot of weight following her split from ex-husband, Lamar Odom, by hitting the gym daily, she was initially nervous about whether she could trim down again because it took ‘so many years to do it the first time.’
‘But, because I had all the tools in my toolbox, I knew what to do and I actually lost my pregnancy weight so much faster than I ever did my regular fat weight,’ she noted.
The TV personality decided to overhaul her diet and her lifestyle years ago – but Kardashian has previously admitted that it hasn’t been an easy process.

Kardashian also reflected on being use to being ‘overweight a lot’ of her life.
‘God, I mean my weight-loss journey. It took years for me. I’ve always been chubby – like athletic. I’ve always played sports. I just was never in shape,’ she said.
However, Kardashian has managed to transform her body and her mind through a series of ‘lifestyle changes.’
The reality star shared: ‘I would, let’s say, cut out all sodas. Little by little, I would cut things out.

‘I would do that for a week and then cut out one other thing because I realized, I did every diet under the sun when I was younger.’
Khloe – who shares daughter True and son Tatum, two next month, with Thompson – also confessed to being an ’emotional eater’ during her younger years.
She said: ‘I used to be a major emotional eater for sure, but then when I was done, I would always be like, ‘Wait!’ I would feel so good eating. And then … so bad after.
‘And then I would cry and probably do it again because I was sad so I needed the ice cream again. And it was this crazy repeat cycle, but I gave myself a lot of patience and I just took my time.’
