These days she is sharing her bed with her pet cat named Gray, whom she posted a new photo of on Monday to Insta Stories.
The feline was sitting in front of her fireplace which had pumpkins around it.
The Good American co-founder made the admission to her sister Kourtney Kardashian and friend Simon Huck during a conversation about the Lemme owner’s libido gummy.
Khloe spilled: ‘I haven’t had sex in over three years.’
Simon quipped: ‘This gummy is perfect for you, would you like me to make a cameo?’
Khloe laughed: ‘Oh good. Yes, I will.’
Kourtney’s advice to her sibling was to ‘focus’ on her children – True, seven, and Tatum, three – if there is no one ‘worth her time.’

Simon asked Khloe if there really isn’t anyone ‘on her roster’.
She replied: ‘Nope, not anyone I’m texting. I don’t have any person’s phone number; I can leave my phone around you.’
Khloe quipped that she has ‘no nudes’ on her smartphone.
In April, Khloe admitted she’s fine with being single at 40 because she worries a new boyfriend will be a ‘distraction’ and she wants to spend as much time as possible with her children.
Khloe divorced her husband Lamar Odom in 2016 and split from her longtime partner Tristan Thompson – the father of her two children – for good in 2021 after he was unfaithful.
She told Us Weekly: ‘Well, I think once you go a certain time frame, it doesn’t matter anymore. You’re like, ‘OK, now you have to be really worth it to break that.

‘But also, I’m so focused on my kids and I know this sounds crazy, but I don’t want anyone to take me away from them.
‘Not that I would let that happen, but I just don’t know if I want the distraction right now.’
Khloe went on to add that her children will always be a factor when she decides to get back on the dating scene.
She added: ‘I still have young kids – not that I’m saying I’m gonna wait till they’re 20, but I think you’re gonna have to be really, really special for me to want to add another person in the mix that I would have to share my time with another person and my children.’
