Kerry Washington takes her acting roles seriously.
The actress, 47 — who recently shared snaps of her trip to Disneyland Paris — took to her Instagram to post clips of herself learning to pole dance for her role in the hit Hulu series UnPrisoned on Friday.
She shared a progression of herself dancing up a storm like a pro in her first class to the day she put her skills to the test on camera.
The starlet appeared to be in good spirits as she seductively clung to the pole and modeled sky-high heels in each clip.

The raven haired beauty practiced with floor padding and a harness for her safety.
In the clip we also see the behind the scenes as the crew filmed the episode for the second season of UnPrisoned where Washington plays a young woman named Paige.
‘This is so much fun,’ she says while the cameras are rolling.
Season Two of UnPrisoned is slated to premiere on Hulu on July 17.
