KERRY Katona has made a major move to end ties with her ex fiance Ryan Mahoney, once and for all.
Kerry, 44, announced her split from fitness trainer Ryan, 36, after getting engaged in 2021.
The former Atomic Kitten star decided to dump Ryan after she felt “unsupported” by her partner during recent events.
Now, Kerry has dissolved the media firm they’d created and ran together.
The former couple set up Marnii Ltd to get paid for any joint social media ventures or interviews, but Kerry filed papers with Companies House to dissolve the company and have it struck from the register.
Kerry revealed that she’d given Ryan a “free pass” to have a baby elsewhere as she didn’t want to “deprive” him of the opportunity of having kids, as she’d made the decision not to get pregnant again.
Kerry started dating Ryan in 2018 and their wedding would have been her fourth time time walking down the aisle.
Ryan got down in on one knee on holiday in Spain while celebrating Kerry’s 40th birthday.
Ryan popped the question after asking Kerry’s five children, Molly, Lilly, Heidi, Max, and DJ, for their blessing.
The pair sparked split rumours earlier this year when she moved in with her mum.
Kerry spoke out while visiting her sick mum Sue in hospital, after Sue was rushed to A&E with blood clots found in her lungs.
A source said that Kerry became fed up with her partner being “lazy” and didn’t see a long-term future with him.
They added: “It was on the rocks before her mum was sick and that was the final straw.
“He’s not a bad person, he’s just lazy and she doesn’t want lazy.
“Ryan’s still living at the house while Kerry is staying with her mum. She’s really really sad about it.”
Kerry has moved on with with her hunky beau Paolo Margaglione, whom she first met on Celebs Go Dating.
More recently, Kerry has been focused on teaching her kids a valuable lesson about illicit drugs.
She revealed years of drug abuse left her with a hole in her nose – but she didn’t want to get it fixed to show her kids the dangers of drugs and to remind herself as well.
“My kids know about my mistakes, and about the drugs,” Kerry told The Sun in an exclusive chat.
“I even had a hole in my nose that I refused to get fixed, and I’ve shown it to my children, because for me it was a reminder that if I put another line of coke up my nose, it could collapse.
“I didn’t want to get it fixed because I wanted to make sure I never went down that path again – and I know I never will.”
Kerry underwent major surgery last year to rebuild and strengthen the structure of her nose, with surgeons using a piece of her rib to stabilise it.
