Kerry Katona has has revealed her incredible weight loss milestone after embarking on a fitness journey in 2023.
The television personality, 43, who has dropped a whopping three-and-a-half stone, has been keeping fans up to date with her progress and showing off her slimmed down physique on social media.
She reflected on the past 12-months in her OK! column saying: ‘I’m going into 2024 feeling a hell of a lot lighter and that’s not just because I’ve lost three and a half stone!’.
Kerry also admitted how she envied Chloe Madeley and James Haskell’s amicable co-parenting following their September split.
The star compared the set-up to her own messy divorce from Brian McFadden, with whom she shares daughters Molly, 22, and Lilly Sue, 20, saying the estranged couple couldn’t even be in the same room.

Writing: ‘Chloe Madeley revealed she and James Haskell are spending Christmas together for their daughter Bodhi, despite splitting up. That’s amazing if you can do it and such a good thing for kids’.
‘My biggest regret about Brian is I wish we could have been friendly enough to even be in the same room. There’s no animosity from my end, but we just never did that’.
Going on to plead with readers to remain friends with their former spouses for the ‘sake’ of their children.
The Atomic Kitten star met the Westlife singer, 43, in 1999 and they tied the knot three years later.
Yet their union was doomed from the start, with Brian – who shares daughters Molly, 21 and Lilly-Sue, 20, with Kerry – admitting he cheated on his wife-to-be on the night of his stag do with a lap dancer.
The couple split in 2006 and Kerry has since revealed that the singer’s infidelity triggered childhood trauma that stemmed from seeking approval from her mother Sue, who suffered with mental health issues, and spending time in foster homes.
Appearing on Slingo’s Getting Lippy Gossip Show alongside host Emma Conybeare and MailOnline’s Rebecca Lawrence, Kerry said of her love life: ‘There are lessons to learn. Brian leaving me I can’t blame Brian.’
She continued: ‘You can’t force somebody to love you if someone falls out of love with you. It took me a long time to get over this but if somebody doesn’t want to be with you can’t force them to stay with you and Brian didn’t want to be with me.

It hasn’t been an easy journey for Kerry, who confessed she felt like ‘a swollen beach whale’ while on holiday in Mallorca with her family in August 2022.
Kerry admitted at the time that she was struggling with her weight gain and revealed she felt as though she was in somebody else’s body.
She said at the time that she felt swollen rather than fat and planned to try lymphatic drainage and water retention tablets to try and resolve it.
She continued: ‘I have put on a s**t load of weight while on this holiday, but that’s just normal and I’m just embracing it.
‘All I did on holiday was eat s**t and drink. We were there for two weeks and ate out every night. Some nights we stayed in and got takeaways, like pizza and chips.’
