Kerry Faces Consistent Eviction Demands from Big Brother Viewers as She Declares Willingness to Regularly Face Public Vote Instead of Reaching the Finale

Big Brother viewers have called for Kerry to face eviction after she insisted she’d be happy to be up for the public vote every week.

During Tuesday’s episode she was asked by her fellow housemates if she would like to go straight to the final with a chance of winning the £100,000 prize money, or if she’d rather be up for eviction every week of the series.

The NHS manager, who was booed during Friday’s live eviction show, was accused of being a ‘liar’ by her fellow show contestants as they laughed at her choice.

And the viewing public seemed equally baffled, with many taking to social media to insist Kerry’s wishes should be granted and that she should continuously face getting the boot.

One person tweeted: ‘Let’s make Kerry face the public vote then if she’s picking it.’

Someone else shared: ‘If Kerry wants to be in the public vote every week…let’s give her what she wants.’

While another viewer posted: ‘“If the public don’t want you here there’s no point being here” well you know where the door is Kerry.’

‘Surely Kerry knows the public would get her out as soon as possible… girl is more delusional than me,’ remarked someone else.

‘Guess there’s no point you being there then Kerry,’ wrote another viewer, while someone else shared: ‘Kerry. The public don’t want you here. Leave.’

Someone else asked: ‘Who’s gonna tell Kerry the public want her out?

And another viewer commented: ‘Kerry you wouldn’t be facing the public vote every week you’d be gone by the first week.’

Someone else posted in disbelief: ‘As if you’d want to face the public vote every week Kerry.’

Kerry broke down in tears during in Sunday’s episode while admitting she felt ‘rubbish’ after hearing the live eviction crowd chant ‘get Kerry out’ on Friday.

She had previously been up for eviction from the Big Brother house in the first week but had not been put forward during Friday’s live elimination.

Zak, a model from Manchester, became the second housemate to be sent home after losing out in the public vote to Henry, a food writer from the Cotswolds.

Kerry admitted on Sunday that she does not ‘really know what to do now’.

She said in the Diary Room: ‘They were chanting “get Kerry out” and it sounded like there was about 50,000 people.

‘It just felt a bit rubbish and you think, oh god, what’s my son going through? What’s my family going through?’

She added that her not being a ‘big Zak fan’ could be the reason that Big Brother fans were not ‘going to be very happy’ with her, at one point pondering if the chanting could have come from Zak’s family.

‘I’m hoping it’s that,’ Kerry told Big Brother as she got tearful, adding: ‘It’s really tough.’

Meanwhile, Zak has since claimed his fellow former housemates are wising up to Kerry as he insists she’s ‘playing a game’ on the show.

He criticised Kerry’s behaviour, claiming she doesn’t know how to take responsibility for her own actions and is blaming her faults on other people.

On hearing the boos for Kerry before he was evicted, Zak told MailOnline: ‘I weren’t that surprised to be fair because I feel like a lot of people are catching on to what type of person she is.

Controversy: Zak said Kerry didn't know how to take responsibility for her own actions and was blaming her faults on other people

Controversy: Model Zak was the second person to be evicted from the house on Friday and he has since criticised NHS manager Kerry’s behaviour

‘Don’t get me wrong, she’s a really lovely woman, we had some really nice chats and deep down I know that there’s a decent woman down there.

‘But I feel like it is a game show, she is playing a game, and I feel like when she’s done something wrong she just doesn’t know how to own up to her own faults and she tries to blame it on other people.

‘I feel like that’s not a good game to play.’

Big Brother continues on ITV2 and ITVX on Wednesday at 9pm.

WHAT MADE YOU APPLY TO BECOME A BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATE? ‘I love challenges. I’ve had so many amazing times in my life, like going to Miss Universe as Miss Great Britain. I like to do something different and I think this is the next challenge I want to conquer. I want to show people what pageant girls are really like and disprove a lot of stereotypes around them. I also show what it’s like being a woman who’s worked in male- dominated fields. I want to show that women are capable of doing anything they want.’

WHAT ARE YOU MOST LIKELY TO BE NOMINATED FOR? ‘Probably just for being annoying. In Wales, we have this saying, “I’ll do it now in a minute.” So like, if I went to make food and I left a dish on the side, I have all good intentions of washing it but I’d be like, “I’ll do it now in a minute,” and it might be three hours later before I do it. So probably for silly stuff like that.’

HOW WOULD YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY DESCRIBE YOU? ‘I think they would say I’m particularly sociable and very chatty. I mean, I’ll be honest, my parents would definitely say I’m a bit of a snob but I take it as a compliment. I think it means you’ve got high standards and good taste. They’d say I was quite a peculiar child.’

KERRY

AGE: 40

PROFESSION: NHS manager

FROM: Essex

WHAT MADE YOU APPLY TO BE A BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATE? ‘I love the programme. It is, for me, the ultimate reality TV show ever. I’ve got multiple sclerosis and so the reason why I never applied before is because I always saw those whacking great big stairs to get into the house. It just felt a little bit unachievable because for the first three years of my illness I was in a wheelchair. When I saw it was coming back and searching for real people from all walks of life, I thought, this is my year.’
