‘She did the oxygen mask and also did the functional test where they make you walk on a treadmill with a mask on and measure your lung capacity.

‘Kendall also did a bunch of blood tests which is where they test your sugar levels, hormone levels and all sorts.

‘She was reading a lot too.’

Perched on the banks of the lake Wörthersee in Austria, guests at the Mayr Clinic must stay for a minimum of seven nights and take part in one of the health programmes.

The clinic, which some have said made them lose five pounds in seven days, is renowned for its strict – but incredibly effective – ‘cure’ that purges the body of toxins and promises to leave you toned, vibrant and full of energy in days.

Every guest has a certain amount of testing done before they check in, like food intolerances or hormone imbalances, and are then given a tailored treatment and plan.

They also see a doctor every day that they are there.

The days begin at 6.30am with oil pulling, a traditional Ayurvedic folk practice of swishing edible oil, such as coconut or sesame oil, in the mouth for 5 to 20 minutes to remove microbes and toxins.

At 7am there is then a ‘morning activation’ which involves ‘light movement like stretching and breathing.’

Then breakfast, which is served according to a medical diet plan for each guest.

For the rest of the morning, each guest then has personal therapies such as medical consultations, detox wraps, massages, or osteopathy.

At 12.30pm, lunch is had in silence and just a small amount of food is served to ‘ease digestion.’

In the afternoon there are then more personal therapies or activities to take part in such as pilates, group lectures or kayaking.

At 4pm a special Mayr Ice Cream, is served.

Before dinner, guests have ‘personal time’ where they are encouraged to walk about 10,000 steps.

And for dinner, vegetable broth or creamy vegetable soup, is served depending on a diet plan.

Evening activities consist of sauna rituals or guided hikes.

And bedtime is 9pm for everyone.

Kendall was no doubt due some rest and relaxation after a busy Paris Fashion Week.

She attended the Chanel Spring/Summer 2026 catwalk early last week and she walked in the L’Oréal show the week prior.

The news she checked herself into the Mayr Clinic comes after a nutritionist weighed in on her low-calorie diet, which the star had previously teased on social media.

Kendall recently gave her fans a glimpse at her ultra-healthy breakfast.

The spread included parfait bowls with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt.

There was also a helping of nuts, a Golden Milk Latte, grapefruit, and a thin-sliced bagel.

Functional nutritionist Monica Partier told Daily Mail: ‘The whole plate is about 200 calories, and it’s full of healthy fats.

‘The meal consists of fresh berries like raspberries, strawberries and blackberries that have fiber and vitamins in them.’

Known to love her healthy lifestyle, in an episode of The Kardashians she was seen getting NAD IV therapy in Miami, and admitted she’s very focused on her health.

That focus has seemingly come at a big cost, with Jenner’s wellness room featuring over £100,000 with of advanced health technology.

Early in the episode we head inside Kendall Jenner’s home, as she’s seen getting out of a Vitaeris 320 hyperbaric chamber – which costs as much as £20,000.

‘For the past couple of years, I’ve been just really like loving health. I don’t know, it’s become an obsession,’ adding she is a ‘major hypochondriac.’

She added her friends, ‘all make fun of me’ and she has this ‘whole new room in my house that has all these crazy gadgets and gizmos,’ as she’s seen getting out of the chamber with her laptop.

She said her health obsession, ‘is honestly kind of embarrassing, it’s crazy,’ as the cameras show another expensive ‘gadget’ – a TheraLight 360 red light therapy bed, which retails for £70,000.

She adds that she’s so obsessed with health that, ironically, it might be actually unhealthy, as the cameras pick up a HyperMax Oxygen Therapy machine that can cost £2,000.
