Kendall Jenner claims she’s ‘never had plastic surgery’ in most candid chat ever… but fans aren’t buying it

Kendall Jenner has fans doing a double take after finally clearing the air about her supposed plastic surgery history. 

Following a year of Kardashian clan confessions – Kris casually name-dropping her facelift surgeon, Kylie admitting a secret boob job, and Khloe listing procedures in a viral clapback – the 30-year-old supermodel hopped on the tell-all train.

‘I’m not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven’t had work. There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction,’ she told the In Your Dreams podcast. 

‘I’m just here to tell you the truth, which is the fact that I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face. Nothing. I’ve never had any work done.’

When host Owen Thiele called her out for ‘lying,’ Kendall shot back, ‘I swear to God. Uh, no. I’ve done two rounds of baby Botox in my forehead. That’s it. Only thing I’ve ever injected.’

She even addressed the long-running nose job rumors. 

‘I would believe [the theories] if I wasn’t me,’ she admitted. ‘I look at old photos of me and I’m like, “Wait, it does look like I have a nose job.”‘

‘I swear to God, on everything that I love, I’ve never had a nose job.’

Instead, she chalked up any changes to simply growing ‘into her nose’ and the effects of Accutane, the acne medication that can subtly shrink oil glands. 

Daily Mail has not received a response to its request for comment from reps for Jenner.

On the note of Botox, she added, ‘I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it. I consider it sometimes, but then my eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.’ 

The eyebrow-raising confession came after Thiele asked about her skin, which has battled acne over the years. 

‘My favorite things are skin rejuvenation,’ she replied, calling out platelet-rich plasma microneedling – aka the ‘vampire facial’ – as a go-to for acne scars.

Kendall also revealed she’s had PRP injections, where plasma from a person’s own blood is used as a sort of ‘natural’ filler. 

‘I’ve injected that like into like my crow’s feet or my laugh lines and things like that, but that’s the only thing I’ve ever injected,’ she explained.

She slammed TikToks dissecting her alleged procedures as ‘damaging,’ noting, ‘It can affect young people in such an interesting way, because then they see that and they’re like, “Oh my god, that’s what I have to do to look like that.” And then they go rush, and they do something silly.’

Even with her honesty, many online were still skeptical. 

One follower shared before-and-after photos of Jenner, captioning it, ‘Yeah, right.’

Others dropped ‘nope’ memes, with one writing, ‘Sure sure sure,’ and another chiming in sarcastically, ‘She’s so real for this, I also lie to myself every morning in the mirror.’

‘The denial just fuels the memes even harder,’ wrote another.

The plastic surgery confession came alongside Kendall finally addressing long-running rumors about her sexuality on the same podcast. 

‘There’s the whole side of the internet that thinks I’m a lesbian,’ Jenner told Thiele. 

But while the speculation itself doesn’t surprise her, the way it is discussed does. 

‘You want to know what really bothers me? How mean people are about it,’ she continued. ‘It’s not with, like, a welcoming arm of like, “Hey, if you were, yes, come join.” It’s not kind. It’s very mean. It’s very like, “What the f*** are you doing?”’

She stressed that she does not identify as gay, adding that she wouldn’t hide it if she did. 

‘I understand that coming out is not an easy thing for anybody, if not most people,’ The Kardashians star explained. 

‘And I’m not saying that’s an easy thing, but knowing, and I can speak for myself here, and knowing myself, I think at this point in my life I’d be out if I was. I’m not saying it’s an easy thing. I’m just saying that knowing me and knowing how I would want to live my life, I would be. I’d have no problem being that.’

Jenner added, ‘I think that there’s this whole narrative that I’m hiding this thing … I’ve seen really f—— up things that are like, “It’s bad for business,” and I’m like, “What? How?” I don’t understand it.’

She concluded, ‘All’s to say, as of today, I am not. I don’t think I will be, but I’m not closing doors to experiences in life.’

She then pivoted to her dating history, admitting that while she’s been linked to her fair share of A-listers, not every romance lived up to the hype. 

‘I’m actually in a, like, me era right now, I know that might sound corny … but when I turned 29, I had a crash-out about turning 30.’

She continued, ‘When I turned 29, I remember saying to myself, I do feel like I’ve been in [relationships] and there’s nothing wrong with it. I’ve had great relationships, I’ve had not-so-great relationships, but I felt like through my 20s, I was in a lot. I was in a few long-term consistent relationships … near each other.’

Over the years, Jenner has been linked to famous exes, including Harry Styles, NBA star Devin Booker and most recently Bad Bunny. She even had a brief chapter with Nick Jonas, which long-time fans won’t forget.

Despite the high-profile breakups, Jenner insists she’s ‘definitely a lover’ and remains hopeful she will one day find The One.

She went on to insist she hasn’t given up on romance entirely – even if the road there has been bumpy. 

‘I have a ton of dreams for myself, obviously, like, there’s personal ones, which is, like, a beautiful family and things like that,’ she said. ‘[I want to be] in a beautiful relationship with a lot of understanding and love and all those things.’

But turning 29 marked a turning point, with Jenner admitting she’d spent most of her twenties rarely single. 

‘I never really had my 20s to myself. When I turned 29, I made a minor commitment to myself,’ she explained. 

‘I was, like, “I’m not going to reject anything [and] I’m going to stay open to anything that feels like it would suit me,” but I really wanted to have a “me year” where I chose myself.’

That so-called ‘me year’, she said, wasn’t about cutting men out entirely — just putting herself first. 

‘Not to say that didn’t mean that people came into my life or didn’t come into my life, [but] it wasn’t really about that,’ she added. ‘It was just about being, like, “I want to have fun, I want to choose myself and I want to do what I want to do.”’

Even so, Jenner insisted she knows how to show up when romance does take centre stage. 

‘I really love to be present for my partner, and I really put them first most of the time,’ she said. ‘So, I think, when I turned 29, I was like, “I really want to put myself first right now.” So, that’s where I’m at.’

And with the benefit of hindsight, she admitted the emotional fallout from her twenties ran deeper than she realized. 

‘I felt like I had a bit more trauma from relationships throughout my 20s than I thought I did,’ Jenner said. ‘A lot of it was coming out [and] I was also going through my Saturn return. … It felt like it was never-ending.’
