Kelly Rowland has slipped into promo mode for her upcoming leading lady role in the legal thriller film Mea Culpa from Tyler Perry.
While out on ‘day 3’ of her press push on Wednesday, the former Destiny’s Child singer took to her Instagram page to show off her look for the day in a striking red ensemble.
For the cover photo, the singer, actress and television personality struck a chic and confident figure in red leather pants and a matching crop top that highlighted her toned abs, all while she had a full-length ‘faux fur’ coat over her shoulders.
In keeping with the sexy red theme, the Talk A Good Game star also wore matching leather gloves and open-toe heels, and her raven locks styled into a bob cut that fell around the frame of her face with a center part.
‘Faux Fur♥️not faux Love!!!! Day 3 #meaculpa,’ she wrote in the caption, in a reference to her role in Perry’s new movie that also stars Trevante Rhodes, Sean Sagar, Nick Sagar, RonReaco Lee, Shannon Thornton and Angela Robinson.

For this picture, the mother of two stood slightly to her side and flashed an infectious smile, all while she still had the faux fur resting on her shoulders.
In the last of her images, Rowland was pictured from the back heading outside, where an awaiting limousine had its back door open for her to get inside.
It turns out when on the go, Rowland switched out her heels for a pair of red and white sneakers to make it a bit easier and more comfortable to move walk around.
Written, directed and co-produced by Tyler Perry, Rowland plays the role of Mea Harper, a criminal defense attorney who takes the case of an artist (Trevante Rhodes), who’s accused of murdering of his girlfriend.
Mea Culpa is set to be released on the Netflix streaming platform on February 23.
