The TV personality, 41, reposted a striking selfie of Kiinicki, 37, who uses they/them pronouns, and simply captioned it with a thinking face emoji.
Alongside the selfie was a candid snap of Kiinicki posing up a storm at an event, with the caption: 'buy one, get one @leandraearl', alongside a winking face emoji.
It comes after Kelly was seen giggling with her new partner in a hidden-away corner among the plush sofas of the luxurious Broadwick Hotel in Soho last month.
As the drinks flowed at the exclusive after-party for ’s gigs at the London Palladium, whispers began to emerge as to what was truly going on between them.
But what wasn't known at the time was that the reality star had recently split from her fiancé and father of her child, the Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson, after four years together and 27 years of friendship - ia which Kelly has described as 'one of the best places we ever lived', until selling it to popstar Christina Aguilera in 2007.

Christina lived in the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom gated home for four years before putting it back on the market in 2011.
Kelly said of the property: 'I have such fond memories of it, because that house changed my life and we had a lot of fun…'
'We've asked about ten times if we can buy it back and they keep saying no, even though they're never even there, the people who currently own it. But it was a great house.'
Their hit reality show, The Osbournes, which ran from 2002 to 2005, was filmed primarily at the family home in Beverly Hills' prestigious Hancock Park neighbourhood.
Yet Ozzy, who grew up in Aston, Birmingham, had always insisted he wanted to return to England to die.
Ozzy was buried in the private grounds of the family's UK home - Welders House, the Grade II listed building originally purchased by Ozzy and Sharon in 1993, shortly before the couple relocated to .
As Ozzy's health failed, the family's current US property in Hancock Park, LA was put on the market, with an asking price of $18million. The family had lived in the house for twenty years until moving the UK last year.
Sharon and Ozzy were supposed to return to the UK in 2024 as they had been working on a ten-part reality series called Home To Roost, documenting their return to England.
But it was believed that Ozzy was simply not well enough and they finally returned earlier last summer, in time for his final Black Sabbath reunion concert at Aston Villa's Villa Park stadium in Birmingham.

Kelly recently revealed that her family has made 10 bids to buy back the mansion where they filmed their iconic MTV reality show The Osbournes
Sharon spent thousands on extensive renovations to ensure their UK home was fit for his increasing needs in Ozzy's final months.
She planned to include a 'rehabilitation wing' to help him learn to walk again, and had an extension built for a nurse's flat for an on-site carer to provide round-the-clock care.
The renovation also boasted a 'health and welfare exercise studio', an 'art studio room' and 'pool house orangery' complete with spa, wet room and changing area.
To make sure that Ozzy could get fit in private, a 2.4m high fence was installed to keep out prying eyes and the CCTV monitoring their grounds was upgraded.

It was reported last month that Sharon has had to make the heartbreaking decision to move part-time to the US.
While Ozzy is buried in the grounds of Buckinghamshire, the couple's three children, Aimee, Jack and Kelly, as well as their five grandchildren, have returned to their homes in Los Angeles.
And after spending the holidays in LA with her children, Sharon has now decided to split her time evenly between her UK home and a new apartment in Los Angeles, spending 'half the year at least' on the West Coast, according to The Sun.
According to one source, the move could become permanent, with expectations that she will 'probably just spend most of her time in the US again within a couple of years'.
Sharon, 72, is also a doting grandmother to Jack's daughters - Pearl, Andy Rose, Minnie Theodora and Maple Artemis - and also to Kelly's little boy, Sidney, and misses being a part of their daily lives, insiders say.
Sharon, who worked alongside Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh on the now-defunct ITV show, The X Factor, has a huge network in Los Angeles, where she and Ozzy lived for 20 years.
Last Monday, the Daily Mail revealed that Kelly has split from her fiancé Sid Wilson as she continues to struggle with the death of her father.
The couple have quietly ended their engagement just seven months after the Slipknot DJ, 49, proposed to Osbourne at her late father's final concert with Black Sabbath in Birmingham last July.
Insiders close to the star told the Daily Mail she has endured a 'difficult' month, coping with the separation while continuing to focus on being the best mother she can be to their son, who is named after his father.
A source revealed: 'Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement.'
'Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she's been doing everything she can to cope.'
'In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time, and things were not as they appeared.'
'They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward.'
'Kelly has endured a great deal over the past year. Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving ahead.'
The star was first introduced to Wilson when Slipknot toured with Ozzfest, the music festival founded by her parents.
On Valentine's Day 2022, she shared a post of the couple passionately kissing, captioned: 'After 23 years of friendship, I can't believe where we have ended up. You are my best friend, my soulmate, and I am so deeply in love with you, Sidney George Wilson.'
They welcomed their son, Sid, later that year, and the family had been living together on a farm in Iowa.
Kelly was last pictured with Sid at the Grammy Awards in February and, since then, has only made public appearances with friends or her mother, Sharon.
He proposed to Kelly backstage at the Black Sabbath show, in front of her entire family, including Ozzy, Sharon, and her brother Jack, presenting her with a huge diamond ring. Kelly later said she had 'no clue' the moment was coming.
