Jeremy added: ‘I come from a big Italian family, so we will have to see about children. The future will decide it for us, and maybe we’ll spend more time in Italy, although after so long getting settled in London and learning the language and navigating all the Brexit regulations, I’m in no rush to leave.’
This isn’t the first time Kelly has spoken out about being a successful woman without children.
During the latest episode of the BBC competition, the ex-glamour model touched on the subject when she said to the camera: ‘There’s alot of uncertainty about our future and where [Jeremy and I are] gonna end up.
‘Obviously being a woman of 44 with no children, you’re a bit of an anomaly. You’re at a crossroads in your life.
‘Are you just gonna be this career woman? Are you gonna be a family woman? Are you just gonna be a wife? I’m not sure I want to do what everyone else does.’
Last year Kelly sold her £1.45million Kent farmhouse and moved to London with Jeremy.
The media personality, who is known as a keen cook and gardener bought the 15th century home set in four acres of land for £975,000 in 2006.
She and the French model are currently competing against Radio 2 host Scott Mills and his husband Sam Vaughan, TV presenter Jeff Brazier and his son Freddie and actor Kola Bokinni and his cousin in the latest BBC series.

The Heart FM presenter and actress was born as Kelly Anne Parsons, but adopted the surname Brook when she kicked off her modelling career.
In the episode Kelly said: ‘Kelly Brook doesn’t actually exist, it’s not even a real name, it’s never even been on my passport or anything. In my mind I’m Mrs Parisi, Jeremy’s wife.’
The show sees celebrities travel from Belém, Brazil to Frutillar, Chile.
The sixth and final episode of Celebrity Race Across The World series two airs Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
