Kayla Itsines has given an urgent warning to tourists visiting London after witnessing several shocking acts during her overseas trip.
The Australian fitness influencer, 33, recently touched down in the UK and revealed she’d discovered an ‘unreal’ sinister side of the tourist hot spot.
Taking to Instagram earlier this week, Itsines said she’d seen several thefts within hours of arriving in the bustling city.
The entrepreneur, who recently re-purchased her multimillion-dollar fitness empire Sweat, gave her account of the criminal behaviour in a since-expired Instagram Story that was later shared by Instagram watchdog account Influencer Updates AU.
Over a picture of a London street, the fitness mogul wrote that she and her family love the city, but that ‘the theft here is unreal!’
‘We saw, on four different occasions, in two hours, people steal something and RUN,’ she continued.
‘We asked a random security guy if it was bad and he said “Every day, I stand here and watch people’s phones get stolen out of their hands. Kid’s iPads, older people, school kids, they don’t care”.’
Last week, Itsines suffered a bizarre injury on the day she flew out to the UK.

In the video posted to Instagram, the personal trainer revealed she had cut her forehead while putting on her clothes in the morning.
She explained, ‘I normally step into my clothes, like even my sports bras. I just put them on weird. I just step into them.’
‘And today I just thought as I was trying on a top, I’ll just pull it over my head like a normal person…’
The fitness guru paused for a second before showing the cut on her forehead.

‘I papercut my head with the tag!’ she exclaimed.
Kayla then explained that the injury came at the worst possible time.
‘Now here’s the best bit: I’m going to Europe today,’ she said.
It comes as Kayla, her husband Jae Woodroffe, and their son Jax officially moved from Adelaide to the Gold Coast earlier this year after months of speculation.
In January 2022, Kayla finally debuted Jae on her Instagram page, uploading a photo of the pair cuddling alongside a caption describing him as her ‘best friend for years and now partner’.
The happy couple welcomed their first child together, a boy named Jax, in January last year before tying the knot in December.
She also shares custody of her daughter Arna, five, with ex Tobi Pearce.
