The influencer, 34, landed at number 40 on the Aussie line-up, with her fitness empire worth a shocking $176 million.
She has rung in the new financial year with a $5 million increase to her worth, coming out on top as one of the wealthiest young fitness influencers Down Under.
The Sweat app co-founder came in leagues ahead of Tammy Hembrow, who appears to be stiff competition with her massive following and headline-making personal life.
However, the Tammy Fit app founder came in at number 90 with a $58 million net worth, less than half of what Kayla is estimated to be worth.
Behind both industry juggernauts is fitness influencer and podcaster Steph Claire Smith, who pulled into last place at 100 with a net worth of $42 million.

Kayla first shot to fame more than a decade ago with her Bikini Body Guide e-book.
The personal trainer landed on the Australian Financial Review Young Rich List in 2024 at number 34, just a few spots behind Hollywood superstar Margot Robbie.
She made headlines late last year when she bought back her Sweat empire, which she co-founded with ex-partner Tobi Pearce, from US fitness giant iFIT.
Kayla, who kicked off her career in her parents’ backyard in Adelaide, also earns her money through a dog training app called Dogit, as well as commercial real estate.
It would seem Kayla has plenty to celebrate this year as she recently shared an emotional health update after doctors found a pre-cancerous lesion on her cervix.
Kayla shared a joyous gym selfie in July and a screenshot of her medical results.

Kayla then clipped a text message from her doctor that read: ‘Dr Erin Evans has reviewed your cervical screening results and it is normal. Your next cervical screening is due in five years and a reminder has been added.’
In the selfie, Kayla grinned from ear to ear as she got back to business in the gym.
‘Context…’ she added in a further caption.
‘From finding a pre-cancerous lesion in my cervix a few years ago and having surgery to remove it… to these results,’ with a heart-hands emoji.
